The Carlo IV welcomes its guests in a timeless way. Wrapped in a fabled atmosphere, it captivates with the refinement of its details: from the rooms to the restaurant, from the Business Center to the Cigar Bar, the mosaic bottom pool, everything is presented with a refined elegance that characterizes the hotel, amongst the most prestigious of the Czech capital. The stuccoes, the splendor of marble, classic motifs, precious woods and antique furnishings: if Prague is the city of alchemists, the Boscolo Prague is its enchanted palace.

Excellent service, charming aesthetics, and optimal location. The staff was very professional and courteous. Again you can’t beat the location on the outer rim of the historical center.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, check-in and check-out were as smooth as possible. I enjoyed the training which I was attending to, and the Restaurant for breakfast and dinner as well.

The service was absolutely top-notch. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by staff who helped me with my luggage, and it was also brought to my room by the staff. Everyone was consistently smiling, welcoming, polite, and helpful. You felt like you were in good hands and could simply sit back and enjoy your holiday… The hotel itself is something special. Simply put, such a beautiful and historic hotel. I had several great experiences in their bar area, as it was just incredibly enjoyable to sit there and soak up the atmosphere of the hotel. I also think they have managed to make it attractively modern and inviting without destroying the soul and history of the hotel. My room was fine. A little on the small side and not the most exciting room, but there was nothing wrong with it. Except for the small spotlights/bedside lamps. They have a design that is absolutely ridiculous and means that they cannot be switched off without putting a piece of paper on the inside. But other than that, everything was good. The spa isn’t the biggest either, but it is a nice area. The fitness centre is also small, but it had everything you need. The bar makes sublime cocktails. And when it comes to food, I can recommend going for their signature dishes. Both the burger and their more Czech-inspired dish from the restaurant, with meat and mashed potatoes, were really good. Highly recommended. Some of the other dishes from the restaurant, however, were not quite as good. The appetizer I had with baby squid didn’t really work together, and the honey ice cream was crystallized and not the best experience. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding. Without a doubt the biggest and most delicious buffet I have ever experienced. There are probably larger ones out there, but not when it comes to quality. This buffet is really huge, but it has proper ingredients and an exciting variety. It is a must-try. I would definitely say that this is a hotel I could easily see myself returning to, should I find myself in Prague again in the future. There was nothing I didn’t like. A room that wasn’t the biggest and was a little boringly decorated, a spa and fitness centre that were also somewhat smaller than one might have hoped for, and a few dishes from the restaurant that were a little disappointing. But overall, these are small and less significant comments. My experience of this hotel was generally absolutely top-notch.
