Lovely Hotel great location
Excellent staff but watch the mini bar cost. There taxi service is very reasonable worth booking. The food is very good and the staff are really friendly Happy to help with anything. Would definitely return to this hotel as the location is brilliant.

Ett fantastiskt hotell som andas lyx och kvalitet, endast något stenkast från astronomiska klockan och händelsernas centrum. Således ett mycket bra geografiskt läge om man vill bo mitt i centrala Prag 1. Fina, rymliga rum som hålls efter väl och städas noggrant dagligen. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig och hjälpsam med precis vad som än efterfrågades. Frukosten innehöll precis allt som behövs och smakade väl! Iögonfallande inredning och arkitektur inne i hotellet vilket gjorde upplevelsen och vistelsen än trevligare. Enda minuset egentligen var att det kan upplevas ganska lyhört beroende på vilket rum man får. Ett av våra två rum var lyhört, då rummet låg alldeles intill en innergata med hög ljudnivå. Av denna anledning skulle ett mer rättvist betyg kanske vara 4.5, men eftersom att det inte går att betygsätta på denna skala så är det definitivt närmare ett betyg 5 än 4. Därav 5. Återkommer gärna i framtiden!

Excellent hotel. We had a suite and it was really impressive. Big space, spotless clean. Only issue was the bath was very high to get in and out, no grip rails. Breakfast was good, small room indoor or restaurant area. February is cold so breakfast room was best. Good selection of food for us but may not suit everyone. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent, a short cut to main square is to the left of the rear entrance though this entrance is closed late at night. Highly Recommend.

Great hotel - would like to have given 5 stars...
Excellent hotel, fantastic location for seeing everything, the room was lovely, bed SO comfortable, bathroom enormous, breakfast buffet great and varied, staff great too, except... We didn't like being asked to pay for items from the in-room mini bar which we hadn't had! We'd have classed the hotel 'excellent' if it wasn't for this, which put a damper on our stay.

Avevo prenotato una junior suite, ma all’arrivo mi hanno assegnato una camera piccola e spoglia ricavata in un ex magazzino, senza finestre e sulla via di passaggio. Colazione terribile in uno scantinato, qualità del cibo pessima Personale molto maleducato, non hanno fatto nulla per onorare la mia prenotazione. Non c’era Wi-Fi né telefono in camera, niente tv via cavo Prezzo assurdo per il servizio offerto Assolutamente da evitare
