Wonderful Hotel
We loved this hotel - highly recommend!! Made our family trip to Prague even better. We had a suite that connected to another room and it was plenty of space and very comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) for a full week. Rooms were exceptionally clean, well designed with comfortable beds and common areas that worked really well for us. Breakfast every morning was fantastic - and the staff there was especially helpful - there were two mornings when the restaurant was full and the hosts were kind enough to find a separate room for us so that we didn't have to wait for a table. They were apologetic but we were grateful! We enjoyed the hotel's location and would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for a great trip.

A truly wonderful stay
This hotel is in a central location situated in Old town. It is modern and stylish. Every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Our welcoming check-in to the bar staff who are expertly trained and created us some fabulous drinks and cocktails (even kindly giving a few of their secret tips!) The rooms were very spacious and the cleanest and well maintained rooms we have ever stayed in. My son slept on the pull out bed which he said was the comfiest pull out he'd ever slept on. House Keeping restocked coffee and water daily. There is absolutely no fault we could find and to sum up our stay it was exceptional.

Jasmin and George - We loved it!
This is my favourite hotel. The staff were awesome, in particular Jay, Taulant, Simi and Mirislava. The amenities were great with really generous rooms. The gym was more than adequate for a hotel gym and the bar and restaurant providing excellent food. Loved the Steel museum around the corner. Thanks for the exceptional service. We will miss you guys!

Excellent experience
I went with my family for 4 days to visit Prague and we had an excellent experience with the hotel. The location is ideal, close to many places, shops, and tourist attractions. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the hotel and facilities were very good and clean. Great room service. Highly recommended.
