Reviews for Mandarin Oriental, Prague

MO Prague a Relaxing Escape

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The Mandarin Oriental Prague is a welcome refuge from the hustle and bustle of the streets of Prague. The city is exquisite and breathtaking but is teeming with people so a return at the end of the day to the serenity of the Mandarin is rejuvenating. The rooms are large, light and airy, especially those overlooking the garden. The bathrooms have both a soaking tub and separate large rain-head shower with wonderful smelling Dypitque bath and body products. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and is happy to accommodate any request to restock and refresh all amenities. The concierge always had ample suggestions for dining options and was able to book reservations even on busy weekend evenings. I highly recommend the MO Prague!

Perfect Setting for Prague

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

We absolutely loved our stay at Mandarin Oriental Prague! The hotel was the right combination of historical architecture with modern and soothing interiors. The staff was so warm and welcoming that we felt right at home in this lovely city. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot (right at the Charles Bridge) with the perfect feeling of getting away from the crowds in your quiet setting. We will be back to Prague and look forward to a return to Mandarin Oriental! Thank you for a delightful stay.

Beautiful hotel in great location and excellent service. Upgraded to suite was a nice surprise. spa services were excellent. We also took the private boat tour and our captain was an excellent guide and gave us a perspective of Prague from the water that we enjoyed.

Experiencing the magic of Prague at The Mandarin Oriental

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Our stay at The Mandarin Oriental Prague was absolute Tops! From check in, our presidential suite, restaurant bookings, arranged day trips out to the countryside, our personal driver and the concierge team were exemplary! We would like to highlight the excellent service from our personal driver, Antonin Koncinsky, whose attention to detail, knowledge of history and lovely sense of humor made our experiences so memorable! Micheal at the front desk handled our room arrangements and needs with elegance and grace. The concierge, Tomas, took personal time on his day off to research our family’s Czech history and connected us with a wonderful genealogist! The service was above and beyond! Thank you for making our time in Prague so special!

We were a business group on a conference in Prague and must say that this is just an overall lovely place with lots of hidden gardens and parks in the surroundings. Good place to stay if you require luxury or want to impress your partner(s). ;-)
