Great service
Absolutely lovely service from Ellenore, she served us when we ordered drinks from the bar in the courtyard and was extremely polite and helpful! The best service I’ve ever received in Prague!

Worth to stay
Really good experience. Clean rooms, free bar in the room, perfect vibe of Prague. Good breakfast with possibility to order some hot foods/drinkgs and good staff. But most important is the best location.

Stay here!! Its high rating is fully justified.
Perfectly located in Prague old town next to the Charles bridge on the river. You can walk everywhere from here. Surrounded by all the shops, bars and restaurants you could want. Our room was great, clean, quiet and with plenty of space. Staff at every level were attentive and cheerful adding to a great atmosphere throughout our 4 day stay. On the way from the airport I asked the taxi driver about the hotel and he laughed ‘only one of the best in Prague’. He should know - and he did! Also checkout the Meateater restaurant at the hotel. Not ‘inexpensive’ but best steak I had for a long time so good ‘value’ overall.

Very nice stay
Lovely hotel and warm welcome, staff helped with luggage and showed us to our room. Room was large and comfortable however the main downside would be no air conditioning, we did have a window that opened and a portable cooler which blew cold air out the front and hot out the back so was pretty much counter productive.
