Best Hotel EVER!

Wow, wow and wow wow wow. We have stayed in some amazing hotels but this hotel was something else. On arrival we were shown to our room which was stunning, and literally took our breath away, never have I seen such elegance and history in one room with every little detail PERFECTION. After an incredibly excellent nights sleep we headed to breakfast, where the staff were so so nice and couldn't do enough to help and make sure we enjoyed a beautifully cooked breakfast. Every staff member and I mean every staff member, is polite, helpful, friendly and above all fully focused on ensuring your stay at the hotel is perfect. Alan the concierge is just the nicest person you could choose as your concierge, as not only is he a lovely man he would rival Google for his knowledge of Prague. The hotel is perfectly situated for everything, so it's literally a 2 minute walk to the Charles Bridge, and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We will 100% be back to stay in this totally amazing hotel, and our only regret is we didn't have time to thank every member of staff we met before we left.

Magical enchanting experience

From the moment we walked in we were enchanted by the beautiful feeling of a castle. We had amazing rooms amazing service and amazing food. The location was right across the road from the river. The rooms were so well furnished with elegant curtains furniture and it was just magical we felt we were in the 1800 Century. A special thanks to Oksana and Nidhal who both went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cherished

You have to walk to the castle half an hour

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Julia from reservations was very rude. Hotel rules for cancellation are understandable but there was a total lack of understanding or even empathy. On the contrary, she was shouting in the phone. We ended up going to this hotel after all with much effort but we will not be returning. There was no soap in the spa. The staff doesn’t speak English. The electricity outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. The “superior” is not superior and there is NO sunlight entering the room. The window shows another window far too close. The toilet bowl is so tiny it was claustrophobic. We had to tolerate being there due to an inflexible reservation, but will not repeat this. Last and most important: they say that it’s just at the castle. It’s not true. You have to walk 25 minutes from the hotel to the castle. So please write the truth on the website hotel description. Don’t go there.

One of the Best ever!

This may be one of our favorite hotels ever! The staff was incredibly friendly, and almost seemed to anticipate our needs before we knew of them ourselves. Dining is superb, there are able tram stops just outside the doors, and the walking distance to either the Charles Bridge or Old Town Square, is incredibly short. We loved this place so much, we changed Fall plans, so that we could return for a short stay. Prague is magical, and the Mozart is as well. We aren't even there yet, and the Head Concierge is advising and answering questions in a way that will shape our stay exactly as we had hoped! Be Sure to ask for Allen Jones, if you need help!
