Absolutely the best hotel, very considerate and very good rooms. They gave me welcome wine and in the evening welcome fruits and desserts. Free sauna 24-7 also. And the room are big, clean, and classy. Very nice courtyard. The hotel staffs are friendly as well.

Great hotel and quick access to old town/Charles bridge

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

This was apparently a former palace of a Duke repurposed as a hotel. You really cannot beat the location. It is across a busy street from the river and maybe a block from the Charles bridge. It is on the edge of the old town. From here you have nearly all major sites of the city within a very, very easy walking distance. We used both taxis and ubers and both are very easy to come/go from this hotel. Check in was easy, efficient and personable. English widely spoken. There is an elevator which obviously helps with luggage. We had a suite and it was extremely spacious. Room preserved historic features such as high ceilings, molding, wood floor. Bathroom was very nice. It was cold weather and the room heat was adequate. Our room looked toward the river and and tiny slice of the Charles bridge. We had breakfast included and also ate a couple of dinners at the hotel. The restaurant, service and quality of food was outstanding. There is a courtyard fitted for seating for eating but it was a little too cold when we were there but it looked great for warmer weather. I did not feel the area was unsafe but it is very touristy and has a reputation for pick pockets. If I were to go to Prague again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Superb experience

Our stay at the Mozart was superb. Very friendly with a warm welcome. Incredibly helpful so that we could make the most of our short stay for the first time in Prague. The suites were stunning and very comfortable. Also spotlessly clean. We will highly recommend the Mozart.

Magical stay in a magical city.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

It's was a truly magical way to end our last night in Prague. The suite was spacious with 3 bathrooms and rooms for all 6 of us adults. While the suite was amazing with all it's amenities it was accompanied by a beautiful view of the Charles bridge! It made our stay in this magical city just wonderful. The staff was amazing as well! Truly attentive and helpful. Made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent Property Start to Finish

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Truly a beautiful property. We were upgraded to the Royal Palace Suite and had no less than three chandeliers. The balcony overlooked a quiet courtyard. Breakfast (included) buffet was a very good choice of eggs, meats, lox, cheeses, pastries and breads. You could also order off the menu for no additional charge. Our room had a very comfortable bed, plush pillows, a separate living and dining area and separate toilet and bathroom. The water pressure was good and hot water aways. It is located right by the Charles Bridge and convenient to walk most places. The staff was very kind and helpful. In addition to the dining room, they have a very large parlor for coffee, tea, and afternoon drinks. Guests seemed to be from all over the world. It was a very calm and welcoming place to arrive at the end of a day of walking. Would stay again absolutely.
