Decent enough hotel for the area. They served a common buffet breakfast, which was sufficient. It is conveniently located to transportation and a mall. Typical European air conditioner (which generally doesn't cool well enough to meet Western expectations). Simple bar with both small indoor and similar outdoor seating. However, prices were a bit more than required (for most services) for an older facility.

Hotel is situated right next to a mall so really convenient as the mall has a Tesco supermarket & lots of food/resto options. Reception quite helpful and breakfast buffet had lots of choices - love the smoothie! Room was nice and spacious considering it was triple room.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a large group. We were very lucky with our room which had a lounge area and a dressing room! All rooms seem to have baths and showers with a hood range of toiletries. Breakfast is very good with lots and lots of choice. The only downside on the first morning was that it was very busy indeed and consequently very noisy! The bar staff are very good at their jobs, ready with the correct bill when you pay, and friendly. It is a very big hotel, with lots of tour and corporate parties, but apart from the first morning, it was fine. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Wonderful hotel! We had the two bedroom etage room and it was such a shock! A good one! It felt like home a dream flat I will never own. It even had 2 bathrooms. Very Very nice staff! Clean. Will definitely stay again! I can not say anything about breakfast as we did not book.

The reception staff were amazing! Adele really saved me by helping exchange pants that were too small for a bigger size while I was traveling with a group that would leave before the store would open and return after the store closes. She was very kind and helpful and I am so grateful to have stayed here. If you ever choose to stay here, just know that all of the staff members (most namely, Adele) will do everything in their power to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as ever. They really go above and beyond!
