Ask for Loubins at the infinity bar - he’s amazing! He made our stay so fun every night making incredible drinks and playing great music. The atomospere and vibe is excellent. Don’t challenge him to a push-up contest, though. Also the food is excellent at the restaurant. Great selections and overall staff is great

Such a beautiful resort! The water is pristine, the sand is like powder. The Infiniti bar was our favorite spot at night after dinner. All 16 of us. We did a wonderful private dinner on the beach one night and it was amazing. The staff makes it extra special! So happy and attentive. Joel, Loubens, Reggie and Beatrice made it extra special. Served us all with a smile and remembered our crew every day. We will for sure be back!!

Grace Bay Club used to be awesome but the rooms are declining and some are shoddy. We went early in December and it was our 4th time there. In other words, we spent a fortune with them, happily, until recently. In December, we requested a specific room. We figured if it had maintenance issues, at least the view would be great for our family. They blew us off. Totally. So..now we are booked at Seven Stars for this July… and again in early December 2024 with a 3 bedroom villa. Yes please. So far so good. Check their reviews!! So I will update in July and do a side but side comparison of the 2 properties. Apparently Grace Bay Club’s owner also agrees the rooms are in need of repair. The property is scheduled for a major renovation in 2025.

Franklyn, our personal concierge, was a top-notch hospitality professional. The hotel property felt secluded and truly 5-star. Upscale vibe, and very clean. Location was perfect as well - steps away from Grace Bay Beach and a 10 minute walk to the shops.

Our family stayed for the first time at the Grace Bay Club, however this not our first trip to Provo. In comparison, I want to provide an insightful experience for others’ to review. Pros: The resort overall looks and feels nicer compared to others on the island in general. The view from our room was the best we’ve experienced thus far visiting the island! The grounds were well kept. Staff were very kind and courteous to our family. Housekeeping staff are great. Concierge (which we were not aware of having for our stay until officially checked in) were very willing to be helpful as well. Breakfast buffet was “top notch” and certainly a must when staying here. Anything from custom made coffees or lattes, to omelets or specialty toasts, and so many natural juices, to name a few out of the long assortment of items available for breakfast. One of the top features this resort has to offer. Other amenities include a Game Room, Spa, individual room amenities that we such as daily bottled water, L’ Occitane toiletries, bug spray, sunscreen, nightly turn down service, etc were provided and we found these were added bonuses to our stay. The room was very spacious and gave a resort-like feel, and not a hotel feel at all like some resorts. Also felt safe at this resort. The resort was not overcrowded either. Cons: Unfortunately we had a few inconveniences occur during our stay. We had a leak in our ceiling due to heavy rain. We needed our room to be changed. The resort did accommodate. However upon the room change additional inconveniences occurred including our safe not working. It took security hours to correct the problem and we were aware this is not the first time this issue has occurred at the resort. The washer in our room did not work and maintenance needed to come by to address the problem. The noise level above us was disruptive in the early morning hours where it sounded like furniture was being moved around in our “old” room we moved out of due to the water leak. This occurred for a couple mornings. Lastly, we were not completely informed that the Game Room hours were closed for dinner…my wife and I had to cancel our massage unfortunately due to this reason last minute not being aware of this. Suggestions to improve: In the hopes of this information helping others and the resort, I would request that the resort takes into consideration checking that appliances and amenities are functioning properly on a regular basis. I also wish the website for the Grace Bay Club was updated to reflect all amenities included plus the awareness of a concierge service for guests. Unfortunately the higher cost of the resort did not live up to what we experienced during our family’s stay albeit the resort overall was very nice, we felt safe in general.
