Ruined Honeymoon
We chose Grace Bay Club for our honeymoon and were genuinely disappointed. There was no pre-arrival communication, and we weren’t told about ongoing construction near the adults-only area we specifically booked for peace and quiet. Had we known, we would have made other plans. When we arrived, our luggage was left outside near the entrance for over 3 hours—not secured or stored, which felt careless. Most upsetting was the complete lack of acknowledgment of our honeymoon. No welcome, no personal touch—nothing to make the stay feel special. My wife spent our first night in tears. There also didn’t seem to be a general manager on site, and honestly, it showed. For the price and reputation, we expected more care and attention. The location is beautiful, but the experience didn’t come close to what we hoped for such an important trip at this price point.

Grace Bay Club Exceeded Expectations
We recently returned from our first trip to Turks and Caicos. The Grace Bay Club exceeded our expectations. We stayed in an Estate Four-Bedroom Residence which provided plenty of room for our family of five. Although we did not cook anything, the convenience of a full kitchen was a big plus and it was also convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. Our concierge team, Fredna and Fitz, were very attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. We touched base via WhatsApp, and they did everything from make our dinner reservations to coordinate our off-property dining and activities. They provided exceptional service and made it possible for us to relax because they took care of the details. At the beach, we opted to use the cabanas which cost extra unless you order lunch. There was enough shade to give us an occasional break from the sun and enough space for everyone to stretch out. Amado and Jim kept the drinks flowing and took care of us for the week. We were grateful for their kind attention. The dining on property was convenient and the food options were good. Breakfast was included with our room and consisted of a well-stocked buffet. They could also whip up things like pancakes and omelettes to order. Dinner was also a great experience. The Infiniti restaurant and the Grill were the places where we dined most often. We had great meals in both restaurants. Overall, this was a superlative experience! We will definitely be back.

Excellent Vacation Third Time with Grace Bay Club!
This is our third visit back to Grace Bay Club and had an amazing time with family! The team at Grace Bay Club is nothing short of outstanding and will always go the extra mile to make your stay perfect no matter what is needed. Grace Bay Club has the widest beach of all of Grace Bay, comfortable cushioned beach chairs, excellent pools and amazing food. Special thanks to Beatrice this year for always welcoming us to each meal at the grill whether we came for breakfast lunch or dinner and making us feel like we were locals. We can’t wait for our next visit to Grace Bay Club!

Great Family Vacation
This was our second trip to Turks but first to Grace Bay Club. I have to say, it was one of those vacations where it was hard to leave. We had a 2 bedroom villa, perfect for a family with a couple of kids. The staff was great, all of the places to eat were very good, and the beach was amazing. Would not have changed anything about our stay and would stay there again in a heart beat.
