Grace Bay Club

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Grace Bay Club for my boyfriend’s birthday, and they truly did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. The food was absolutely incredible—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A huge thank you to Beatrice, Joel, Patrick, and Freddie, who made our experience even more memorable with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. They made us feel not just like guests, but like family. Grace Bay Club is a perfect mix of luxury and comfort, and we can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had a great experience. The staff especially Joel, Beatrice, Austin, Patrick, Eric, Tavares, Elmina and Sonny were great. They took such great care of us.

This was a trip to remember. We all were smitten with our experience. It was such a time and the BEST Guest Services anyone could ask for. Grace Bay has one of the best teams of all our travels. (We Travel ALOT) BEATRICE, I could pack her up and take her with me forever. She has one of the best dispositions and her ray of sunshine is phenomenal. We booked for next year already. We will be back same time and same group. We canceled our previous trip so that we can make Grace Bay 2026. You should be so proud to host this resort and its staff. Amazing & Awesome. We may sneak in sooner. 10 Star's!!!!!!!

The thing that most stood out to me at Grace Bay Club during our stay was the truly exceptional staff. They made our stay extraordinary. In almost every interaction or passing smile and hello we truly felt that the staff were genuinely happy that we were there and cared to do their best to make our stay the best it could be. We visited plenty of other places on the island and it just wasn't the same. We felt we were so lucky to stay at Grace Bay Club. Special call out for Beatrice at breakfast. What a gem!

We recently stayed at Grace Bay Club for a sisters & cousins trip. Turks & Caicos is a beautiful island, but it's the staff at Grace Bay Club who elevate the experience into a true get-away. We started each morning enjoying a complimentary breakfast and were greeted so warmly by the restaurant manager, Beatrice, along with so many wonderful servers like Stanley who not only remember your name but stop by your table to brighten your day with a smile. The chefs at the restaurant knew we liked the homemade breakfast potatoes so even when they were not on the buffet, they always happily whipped up a serving or two just for us. I travel globally quite often, and I don't think I've ever been treated so well each day as we were at Grace Bay Club. The resort also assigns a dedicated concierge, and our concierges Tiffany and Narvy ensured that all our needs were tended to. They proactively reached out each day to ensure travel arrangements were secured in advance for evening dinner plans, and they promptly researched activities & availability as we requested. And at the beach and pool, setups were always made promptly, even moving umbrellas to ensure the perfect amount of shade and comfort. Moses was an excellent server who ensured we always had a cocktail or food when desired. So thank you again to all the warm smiles across the property. The great employees such as Beatrice, Stanley, Tiffany, Narvy, and Moses to name a few are the reason we will return to Grace Bay Club next year!!
