Grace Bay Club

We had an top tier experience at Grace Bay Club. The staff was Amazing and extremely kind and professional. Beatrice,Eric,Akeem,Antoina,Sonny,Joel, Chris, Moses, Rachel,Williams, the hostess Jessie,Uxslene,Withy, Fredo. Concierge Tiffany.

The facilities and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff at the breakfast buffet (especially Beatrice) were so friendly and went out of the way to help us manage food allergies. We took the small (free) catamaran out sailing several times and really enjoyed the beach itself. There were no vendors or salespeople pushing excusions, thankfully! We walked and also took the free bikes into the shopping area regularly, and we felt comfortable letting our teenager/early 20s children be out on their own as well. The only slight negative was how long it took to get food delivered to the beach chairs.

Where do I begin...this was our first time in Turks and my travel agent recommended Grace Bay Club and said it was the only place she stays when visiting and I see why! Beginning with Patrick, our concierge who was waiting for us at check in and took care of all our restaurant reservations and taxis and sent our 5 day itinerary via WhatsApp within the hour. On my husband's birthday, they had our room decorated with roses, balloons and Champaign! A great surprise upon returning from dinner. We had the buffet breakfast every morning and EVERYONE we encountered delivered over-the-top service. From the hostess staff (Jessie, Uxsline, Withy), to the servers (Junie, Antoina, Williams, Chris, Elmina, Rachel, Sonny, and Stanely) and last but certainly not least, the manager, Beatrice who ran a tight ship and was full of personality! I took a pic with her to put in my memory book! And yes, I took note of all these names as they deserve to be recognized for what they delivered. And the food was delish too! Now, moving on to the Infinite Bar, where we spent a lot of our afternoons. Our bartender/mixologist Gina was a master! Took a pic with her too. I could go on and on but truly, the entire resort staff was exceptional, including the crew that assisted us at the pool and beach. No rushing to secure your beach or pool lounger in the morning. Just call and they will set all that up for you in advance. We were there during Hurricane Erin and some restaurants stayed open along with room service which was quick and tasty. Did not lose power or internet during the one storm day we endured. We spoke to some people on the plane ride home who had stayed at other high end resorts and they did not have a similar experience. We are already planning a return trip in January. This place is special and it is going to be our long weekend getaway for years to come.

Wow I cannot say enough good things about this property ESPECIALLY the staff. All of them went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We looked forward to waking up to breakfast and seeing Beatrice’s smiling face every day. Moses and Acelin at the adults pool didn’t let us lift a finger and were wonderful. We loved dinner at the Infiniti bar as well as sitting by the fire pits at night with a nice glass of wine. Truly a beautiful resort. Selected due to location, which was very central. We were able to walk to many fine restaurants, nice shops and other areas of interest. The hotel concierge staff made several recommendations--all excellent--of things to do and see and also helped us arrange for a reasonable car rental (many of the main rental agencies we are used to had horrible reviews and we almost didn't want to rent after reading those) through Grace Bay Rentals (Car was clean, had cold A/C and drove well--map we were given was helpful although we found most roads are not marked well at all). The beach at the hotel, the pools, really the whole property was worth exploring and spending time at. The breakfast that was included was amazing. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and well stocked. We came for our anniversary and the resort made sure we had a happy and memorable time. We hope to return with our family.
