We had an absolutely spectacular time. First and foremost, our concierges Antonio and Fredna took amazing care of us, booking excursions, restaurants, and even some special anniversary goodies (I won't spoil it). I'd also like to shout out Amado who was our bartender and server at the estate pool. He was so friendly and went out of his way to serve and entertain us. All of our food and drinks were amazing and we really didn't even want to go off resort. The rooms are incredible and clean and well stocked. Childcare at the game room was also super special and full of activities. Our daughter never wanted to leave. If you like white sand beaches, crystal blue water, I'd strongly recommend Grace Bay Club.

With many choices, Grace Bay Club's staff edges out the competition
This was our second time visiting Turks & Caicos, but our first at Grace Bay Club. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Our concierge team, Antonio and Fredna, far surpassed any expectations I had going into the trip. We had a group of 10, five couples, and the team worked diligently to book the reservations I requested. It was just amazing. Not only them, but our room cleaning lady impressed my husband so much he took pictures of her work. Franklyn, the resort manager, constantly checked on his guests, Sonny in The Grill always made sure we had what we needed, and even owners would stop and make conversation wirh us to see how our stay was going. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Amazing!!
Every member of the staff was pleasant and very helpful. Austin, our concierge went above and beyond to make our 30th anniversary trip perfect.Beautiful comfortable rooms and the balcony was a plus! Food and drinks were amazing. João and Lewis the bartenders made some of the most delicious drinks my wife and I have had. You will not be disappointed.

What an amazing experience our family had at Grace Bay Club. Beautiful resort on an incredible stretch of Grace Bay beach. Thank you Antonio and Fredna for helping us with everything we needed during our stay. Anthony, Amado, Yves and Jim, thank you guys for taking care of us on the beach. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!!!!

Great property, good location, excellent service.
The exterior/grounds are really great. Beach is beautiful and nice pool area. The rooms could use some updating. They are large but outdated. The service is the best part. Everyone is so nice, helpful and happy. They truly want to please. Our concierges Antonio and Fredna were wonderful. Checked in often to ensure things were good. Anondo made the pool/beach bar a true pleasure. Such a great man. Happy and there so provide excellent customer service.
