Welcome to the ultimate handmade Caribbean experience. Perched on 11 acres of immaculate beachfront, the world-renowned Grace Bay Club was the first luxury all-suite hotel in Turks and Caicos, offering guests haven for uninterrupted relaxation. The resort, divided into three separate sections for discerning travelers of all tastes include the adults-only Hotel area with private restaurant, bar and swimming pool, the family-friendly Villas with their own restaurant bar and pool, in addition to the uber-luxe Estate, opening in late 2008, with a complete set of exclusive amenities. Taking its cues from the natural landscape, Grace Bay Club is a sun-kissed, earth-toned haven of serenity.

We had an amazing trip at Grace Bay Club, one of if not the nicest Caribbean resorts I've been to (I've been to 9 total). Not cheap, worth every dollar. The breakfast was particularly incredible, fresh juices and extensive options, all complementary. It's a wide, low rise resort so the beach chairs are spread out, making it feel not too busy. Lunch service at the beach every day. The pools were also wonderful (3 pools total - we hung out at the adults only). The Inifiniti bar/restaurant was veryy nice, worth going to even if not staying at resort. Make a res ahead of time for dinner, walk in for drinks. Pricey. My fiance has dietary restrictions and they were incredibly accommodating with food. Only feedback - don't do Indian on Friday nights at the Grill. Shoutout to Tracy the waitress, Veronica the cleaning lady, and our masseuse first name M (forget the name). The spa is nice and clean, in a quiet space.

Location is great. In the middle of everything but still private. The concierge staff was wonderful! Tiffany, Narvey and Godfrey were awesome. They helped with reservations and taxis. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they decorated our room so nicely. This was a dream vacation. They waited on us from the time we got out of the taxi from the airport until we got back in one to go to the airport. Highly recommend!

The good part of this hotel is that the beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. Everything else is just off and absolutely not worth what you are paying. The service is slow. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes for a towel unless you tip extremely well the first time. Staff has their regulars and those are the only people they pay attention to, unfortunately. The bar is beautiful, but the service is inconsistent. I was told to sit one place, then waited 15 minutes to be told I couldn't sit there. Upon arrival the welcome drink is nice, but then we were given a tour of the property and told we had to purchase a $100 lunch in a specific property restaurant without the chance to change or decide for ourselves, despite being told we could change but unable to do so because the staff had our luggage In our room the thermostat did not work. The first night we had non AC. When we asked for it to be fixed the room was set to 66 degrees and we could not change it. When asked to have that fixed we were told "the AC works" because the room was cold. And had to wait for it to be fixed two additional times before begging to just get a new room. More than once, breakfast buffet items weren't out 30 minutes into breakfast. I have traveled to over 70 countries and have stayed at many different levels of accommodations. I wouldn't expect this at a 2 star hostel in a developing country. Disappointment for sure, despite that gorgeous beach.

Literally, the most incredible trip we’ve ever had! Tiffany and Narvy were the absolute best concierges! They made our stay more than incredible. The entire staff on the entire resort was nothing short of amazing!

My husband and I stayed at Grace Bay Club for a few nights before our wedding, and it was the perfect way to start such a special week. The property is absolutely stunning and sits right on the most pristine white sand beach. Waking up to those turquoise waters every morning felt surreal. One of the things we loved most was how much is included. They offer complimentary water sports like kayaking, paddle boarding, and even catamarans, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean without having to plan anything extra. Daily breakfast is included in the rate and has a great variety of options. The resort has several restaurants on site, and I highly recommend checking out Infiniti Restaurant for a sunset dinner. The views alone are worth it, and the ambiance is beautiful and romantic. They also offer complimentary yoga classes, which I loved, especially during such a busy wedding week. The spa is world class, and there is a cute boutique on site for shopping. The staff throughout the property were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in one of the suites, and it exceeded our expectations. It even came with a record player, which was such a fun and unexpected touch. There was also an espresso martini kit set up at our wet bar, which felt so thoughtful and elevated. Another thing I appreciated is that the resort is designed to accommodate both couples and families. There is a separate pool for families and small kids, along with a designated beach section, so couples looking for peace and quiet can still enjoy a serene atmosphere. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with family, this resort truly offers the best of both worlds. We would absolutely stay here again.
