Amanyara is located on the west coast of the island and is a short drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS). The pristine waters of Providenciales are some of the region’s most diverse – a vibrant underwater wonderland of coral reefs running parallel to Amanyara’s secluded 800-metre beach. Hawksbill turtles, humpback whales, bonefish and hundreds of migratory bird species are frequent visitors to the waters. On land, exploration safaris delve into the dry tropical forest and coastal ecosystem.

This is our first time visiting an Aman property and it was such a beautiful experience. This property is located on 18,000 acres that they cultivated into a beautiful resort/nature reserve which leads to a very unique and zen experience. We absolutely love it here and are planning to visit another one soon. This is definitely a unique experience that we will never forget. The staff are so wonderful and we found the property to be very breathtaking. No complaints. A great place to meditate and get some real rest.

Simply one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Hands down. The beaches and waters of Turks and Caicos are only rivaled by maybe the Maldives or Thailand. Just spectacular. But this hotel brings luxury up a notch even in such a beautiful setting. The privacy and quiet elegance are simply spectacular. The staff is kind, immediate, and waiting to assist you for anything and everything. The property is pristine. Dining fabulous.

We stayed at Amanyara for 5 days and 6 nights. The room alone cost over $22,000 USD — yet this was the most disappointing experience we’ve ever had at a so-called luxury hotel. We often stay at hotels of this caliber, but this was our first (and last) time trying an Aman resort, supposedly one of the best. What a mistake. Arrival & Transfers: The disappointment started with the hotel transfer. For the price they charge, you’d expect comfortable, new vehicles — but they sent old, basic jeeps instead of the promised Suburbans. Definitely not what you’d expect for premium private transportation. Public Areas: It’s worth mentioning: the hotel grounds, public areas, restaurant, bar, and views are all stunning — there’s no denying that Amanyara is beautiful on the outside. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Food: We chose Amanyara because we were traveling with a baby and wanted a resort where we wouldn’t have to leave the property for days. Big mistake — the food was absolutely terrible: dry, tasteless, poorly cooked, and outrageously overpriced. Meat, pancakes, basic items — all inedible. We ended up dreading mealtimes. Service: The service was even worse than the food. Staff were clearly untrained and disorganized. One morning it started raining while we were the only guests sitting outside for breakfast — not a single staff member offered to help move us. I had to carry my own tea and plates inside while they busied themselves collecting cushions from empty sofas instead. They still had the nerve to add a service fee. Room service was equally disappointing: food arrived in cheap plastic-covered plates, coffee came in scratched old pots, and cutlery was often missing. The minibar included a few complimentary sodas, but when we asked for extra Sprite one evening, the rude response was: “You have it in the fridge.” Obviously, we were asking because we’d run out — but they never brought more. Facilities: The rooms are old, basic, and far below the standard you’d expect for the price. For families, they placed a diaper pail in the bathroom — nice idea, except it was old and broken. Private Transport Incident: My husband booked the hotel’s private transport to a golf course for $200 USD. When he was delayed by 10 minutes waiting for his bill, the driver bombarded him with calls — and when he got to the car, the driver actually scolded him for being “late.” For 10 minutes! Unbelievable. Private Dinner: The only good meal we had was a private dinner, which cost $1,500 USD. When we asked why the food was suddenly excellent, the manager (Alex) just brushed us off and suggested that guests should leave the resort to eat elsewhere because “it might get boring to eat here.” What kind of answer is that? Maybe listen to feedback and improve your food instead? We overheard many other guests complaining about the food, prices, and poor service. By the end of our stay, we felt scammed. Amanyara felt like a robbery masked as luxury — a beautiful setting hiding terrible food, indifferent staff, and aging facilities. Never again. We will stick with other luxury brands that actually deliver what they promise. Im attaching a few photos that I took, I honestly didn't want to take photos of anything there, because of how disappointed we were, but here are some from the room dining

Question? is this property worth the price? It is soculdied, isolated and beautiful. The noise is minimal, the atmosphere is serine. If you need or want a peace of mind to recover for every day life. The food is ok (the red snapper and sushi is amazing) That staff are delightful and kind, appreciative for you being there. Why a 4 star? need more actives and interactions. We had the most glorious and relaxing time here. The resort was perfect in every way for us. Quiet, secluded, stunning, great service, and we stayed in the most gorgeous glass pavilion room with an insane view of the ocean. Resort architecture is next level. No duking it out for pool and beach chairs. The most beautiful beach with lots of complimentary ocean fun (snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding). Spa was gorgeous and massage was incredible. Gym was big and had everything we needed. Loved riding bikes to get everywhere. Everyone who worked there was so lovely and accommodating. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to make it special. We’ve stayed in many luxury Caribbean resorts and this was next level. Would come back in a heartbeat.
