About the Hotel
It's hard to improve on perfection, but The Palms, Turks and Caicos, lauded as Turks and Caicos' top resort, managed to take the island's flour-white sands and tranquil seas and turn them into something even more beautiful. Manicured lawns surround a cluster of British colonial-style buildings made from hand-cut coral, marrying understated luxury with Caribbean coolness.

Reviews for The Palms, Turks and Caicos
Five stars
We are finishing up our first stay at the Palms and have had a five star experience. The one bedroom suite is extremely spacious and beautiful. Our butler, Mac, has been attentive and wonderful. Every meal at the resort has been excellent (highlight was parallel 23). We love the breakfast in the garden each morning, and the service by Arlean, Linda and Johnson has been fantastic. My massage at the spa was excellent. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our decision to stay at the Palms and will return!

Best family vacation!!
We had the best stay at The Palms in Turks and Caicos! We celebrated my parents 30th anniversary and were very pleased with the service! Paula at the beach bar, Zeljko at the beach bar, and Remy our butler made our stay memorable. The beach had the most amazing water and Oats served us the best drinks on the beach. We will definitely be coming back to stay! Everyone should vacation at The Palms!

Awesome beach and room.
Great experience, awesome beach and activities are close by. Food is great. Staff is chill. Food is good. But the service can be a little slow on the beach.

Not a 5☆, poor value
5☆ price tag but most definitely not a 5☆ experience. Staff: in general we found them to be unwelcoming and in a couple of cases, extremely rude. Some were friendly but on the whole our customer experience was not positive. Rooms are a little shabby & dated Food & drink is very overpriced. Pool: good size, nice temperature. Not enough sunbeds....in the 7 days we stayed we got a sun bed once. People tend to reserve them & staff don't try to stop this. Water in the swim up bar was disgusting...people eating in water. What appeared to be vomit in the pool 1 day... we told staff and it took hours for them to get around to cleaning it. Kids club; simply not very good. Room basic and not especially welcoming, activities unimaginative. Kids have enjoyed other hotel kids clubs much more. Beach: enough sun beds here & lovely beach & good kit to borrow i.e. kayaks Gym: average/ ok Complementary breakfast: basic, same each day. Hotel tried to charge more for dietary (allergy) alternative but revoked this when we complained. Price: total rip off!
