The Palms, Turks and Caicos

Came to the Palms for a romantic getaway to celebrate our anniversary in early August 2025. The entire trip was amazing! The grounds were immaculate, the food was delicious, and every employee we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. We would like to give special mention to a few employees that made our visit at the Palms extra special. Arlean Brown greeted us every morning with a warm welcome to start our day in the breakfast garden. She made an extra effort to go out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. By the end of our visit we were sharing photos and family stories. Jane S. was the hostess at breakfast and occasionally at dinner. She always greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Rockell was our server at Parallel23 on multiple nights. Her service was top notch. She was friendly, attentive and made our dining experience forever memorable. Last but not least, Othneil and the beach crew were incredibly friendly, responsive and wiling to go the extra mile to please anyone on the beach. I witnessed Othneil making the trek to the on-property convenience store to purchase ice cream for a young child. His mom was filled with joy that he was willing to go to such great lengths to make her child happy. We would highly recommend The Palms to anyone seeking a 5-star resort experience in the British West Indies. We look forward to returning again someday.

We are finishing up our first stay at the Palms and have had a five star experience. The one bedroom suite is extremely spacious and beautiful. Our butler, Mac, has been attentive and wonderful. Every meal at the resort has been excellent (highlight was parallel 23). We love the breakfast in the garden each morning, and the service by Arlean, Linda and Johnson has been fantastic. My massage at the spa was excellent. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our decision to stay at the Palms and will return!

We had the best stay at The Palms in Turks and Caicos! We celebrated my parents 30th anniversary and were very pleased with the service! Paula at the beach bar, Zeljko at the beach bar, and Remy our butler made our stay memorable. The beach had the most amazing water and Oats served us the best drinks on the beach. We will definitely be coming back to stay! Everyone should vacation at The Palms!

Great experience, awesome beach and activities are close by. Food is great. Staff is chill. Food is good. But the service can be a little slow on the beach.
