It's hard to improve on perfection, but The Palms, Turks and Caicos, lauded as Turks and Caicos' top resort, managed to take the island's flour-white sands and tranquil seas and turn them into something even more beautiful. Manicured lawns surround a cluster of British colonial-style buildings made from hand-cut coral, marrying understated luxury with Caribbean coolness.

The Palms Turks and Caicos was an amazing experience! The hotel staffs and customer service was amazing and the white sand beach and turquoise water was the bluest I’ve ever seen! I would highly recommend a visit to this hotel and our waitress Erlie for breakfast was great! She always had a smile on her face and contributed to making our stay highly memorable!

We had the most wonderful stay! Our 1 bedroom ocean view suite was worth every penny! The view of the gorgeous ocean was magnificent. The room was spotless and the bed had the most amazing sheets I've ever slept on. The grounds and pool were immaculate. The pool, beach, spa and restaurant staff were so helpful. The restaurant Parallel 23 on site had a great menu and delicious food. I lost a diamond earring and the sweet angel in the spa found it for me. We walked around the island and this was by far the nicest hotel!

I had heard such good things about this place and it just didn't hold up. We went for my mom's birthday and were excited for a wonderful few days but the service at this resort was not good at all - the majority of the staff could not be bothered and seemed mostly annoyed by any requests. Some examples: -At one point, I called down to the front desk because my mom was having an issue walking and needed an ice pack in our room and they told me to come get it (if I hadn't been there, I don't see how she'd have gotten the ice pack) -The swim up bar staff was pretty rude and unfriendly -The business center is outdated and the printer didn't work. We had a document that we needed to print last minute and each time we called the front desk to send someone, they said they would and didn't. -We got notes under our door every night the week we were there saying that the water would be out during peak times the next day... -Overall, the beach is the best part of this resort. Perhaps at one point it was better, but the prices absolutely don't reflect the accommodations or the level of service at this point.
