Exceptional Luxury Stay at Point Grace – True 5-Star Experience”

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 21 hours ago

One of the best luxury boutique hotels in Turks and Caicos! Point Grace Resort & Spa, a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, exceeded all expectations. The beachfront location on Grace Bay is absolutely stunning, and the service is truly five-star. The suites are beautifully designed—spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The lush landscaping throughout the property creates a peaceful, tropical oasis that makes the entire experience feel private and serene. A special thank you to Locresha at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality—she escorted us to our suite, checked on us throughout our stay, and even arranged a last-minute horseback riding experience for my daughter. She also made her birthday extra special with a delicious cake. Watson at the front desk was also fantastic and helped us secure great dinner reservations. A very special recognition to Krystal, the reservation manager, for her incredible attention to detail and for putting together such a wonderful team. The beach service was outstanding, with staff setting up chairs, umbrellas, towels, and refreshments, and the poolside service and cocktails were equally amazing. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxury beachfront resort in Turks and Caicos with personalized service, this is the place. Highly recommend and we will definitely be return

Exceptional Service at a Boutique Paradise

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

We just finished an incredible 5-day stay at Point Grace and couldn't be happier. The resort is stunning and peaceful, but the service is what truly sets it apart. A huge thank you to Love, Peterson, and Raynard at the beach and to Cosmey for the drinks at the bar. They were all absolutely exceptional and made us feel so welcome from start to finish.

Best beach

Beautiful beach. The beach differs from the other hotlels near by because the lounge chairs are more spread out rather than being literally on top of one another. The service on the beach was fantastic, shout out to Peterson and Makin love! We had some work being done right outside our room which was disturbing to us and the manager, Lee was very attentive and understanding and moved us to a beautiful room for the rest of our stay which was very appreciated. Good location as we walked every night on the beach to restaurants all 10 -20 min away. Seems most guests walk on the streets which was curious as the beach at night was safe and peaceful. Love the white sand and clear water on this island!

Not worthy of the cost, Needs MAJOR improvement

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

I just came back from a week in Turks and Caicos and spent 3 nights at the Point Grace hotel. The location itself and the access to Grace Bay Beach is beautiful and stunning. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious. Unfortunately, the nighlty price does not match either the food and drink quality or the staff service. We were graciously upgraded our first night and then confirmed THREE times that we would remain in our same room for the entirety of the stay. As a result, we scheduled excursions and made plans. We were told the following day s that we needed to move, after our plans had been made and ended up canceling as the other room would not be ready by 11am and it cut right in the middle of our plans. The manager was un-informed and offered little to no support. The food quality was terrible , especially for a ceaser salad worth $38, and on one occasion we waited for a coke and lemonade for 1.5hr. I understand island time but that is ridiculous. The contintental breakfast options are the equivalent of staying at a Hampton Inn in the States. Everything else require additional payment and not the greatest. The staff has many friendly members but they lack top service manners and awareness. Some staff, are constantly avoiding interaction with guests or being loud with one another. On a night we went to the hotel restaurant, Grace's Cottage, we waited 15 minutes before a host tended to us, even though there were multiple people passing by. That food itself was bland, over-priced and not seasoned. I strongly advise against their water ravioli dish. When we used the salt shaker, it had rice bits in it and it fell over our food. After much discussion, the waitor replaced it. IF YOU are going there in Feb-May of 2026, there is construction going on every morning, which they do not bother to inform you prior to booking or during the check-in process. For a property that costs upwards of $1200 a night, this hotel management and amenities needs a huge improvement. They are an SLH hotel, and part of the luxury Grace Resort group, they must do better. Note, after our 3 night stay, we stayed in South Bank, a luxury sister hotel, and that was a remarkable experience. I wish this hotel luck with their future opportunities to improve.

Cottage Vibe for R&R

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Turks and Caicos. The beaches and water is absolutely stunning. Point Grace is a blend of cottage feel with a luxurious approach. Cosmey will give you the tough love at the bar and serves you some great drinks. Macken and Reginald take care of you at the beach and Lucresha is very accommodating at the front desk. Highly recommend and check out the local spots!
