The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos

This property did not disappoint! Outstanding service, dining options and dreamy views are plentiful. My corner suite offered an expansive balcony, perfect for early coffee or late night drinks. The bed was extra comfy for a perfect night's sleep. Service on the beach was fast and efficient. We never waited more than a few minutes.

5 out of 5!!! Banti, a member of the wait-staff at Coralli restaurant, was particularly fantastic. We really appreciated his enthusiasm and professionalism. Richie, the manager at the front desk, was also amazing. The whole resort was top notch and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting an enjoyable carribean vacation

I have just come back from the RC Turks and Caicos island and it was a fantastic break. I come from the UK and this was a slice of heaven. The service was prompt, the quality of the food and beverages were excellent. The staff at the beach were fantastic especially in 31 degree heat. You were seated for a sun bed and regularly asked for drinks/food and anything you would like. Unlike some reviews on the hotel it was clear the staff are well trained to make your stay pleasant. We had breakfast most days and the quality was great in comparison to other places nearby. The price of the food is similar inside and outside the hotel but the drinks were cheaper outside. This is as per expected for a 5* resort but when relaxing by the beach/pool this was well worth it. Overall a fantastic stay.

If you go to Casa Nonna/the breakfast place, get Theresa or Ellomine/Ellie. Both are amazing servers! Made us feel so welcomed and loved. I think Theresa works the mornings and Ellie works Casa Nonna.

Before our trip, I read some negative reviews about The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos. After a week-long stay for our anniversary, my suspicions were confirmed: don't let those negative posts sway you! They could be isolated incidents or from people who are simply hard to please. Stay at the Ritz – you'll absolutely love it! My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our anniversary trip. We received the same five-star service we've come to expect from other Ritz-Carlton properties. Richie was a true standout, consistently going above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable. Our room was lovely, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. But Richie wasn't the only one; everyone we encountered was pleasant and seemed to take a genuine personal interest in us. For example, I casually mentioned to the bell desk that we weren't sure what we'd do on Thursday, and later that day, we found an envelope under our door with a fantastic itinerary of local suggestions. Talk about personalized service! The weather throughout our stay was amazing: a consistent 82 degrees day and night, with a refreshing 10-mph breeze that felt like natural air conditioning. The pools were perfect – cool and refreshing, never too cold or too warm. And the ocean? Absolutely incredible! It was swimmable, cool like the pools, and truly breathtaking. The beach service was excellent too. Dining and Excursions: For dining, Coralli has amazing food. You definitely need to try one of their pizzas! We also highly recommend the half-day Ritz-Carlton "Lady Grace" excursion. It's incredibly convenient – you just walk out to the beach and board the catamaran. They tend to under-promise and over-deliver; we were pleasantly surprised when they provided tasty food and an open bar after snorkeling on the reef, which wasn't even mentioned when we bought the tickets! I wanted to do the full-day trip, but couldn't convince my wife to be away from the beach and pools for that long. Other Conveniences: The casino, though small, was lucky for us! We spent a few fun hours there and still walked out as winners. Plus, there's a large grocery store within walking distance, making it easy to stock up on fruit, snacks, and drinks. Final Thoughts: Don't let any negative reviews fool you. The property, and more importantly, the people at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos, are absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed. It truly meets the high Ritz-Carlton standards you're accustomed to.
