The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos

We came to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday at what we thought was a 5* resort. Service leaves much to be desired, but the beach is beautiful. However, during our second night my husband injured his toe on the bathroom glass door that was chipped. I don’t understand how this could happen at a 5* hotel. The housekeeping ‘supposedly’ cleans it everyday so should’ve noticed the chip. And it was a bad one, deep wound bleeding all night and is still bleeding the next day. The manager sent someone to polish the door with sandpaper, that’s all they did. And gave us band aids. But our vacation is ruined now and he can’t go into the water with this wound and this is literary the only nice thing about this hotel - the beach. Completely insane for a 5* resort.

Stunning property on the most beautiful beach & bay in the world. Three hour direct flight from New York - you cannot beat it. Staff was incredible. We stayed at the residences and couldn't have been happier with the unit itself. Room to spread out and all the accoutrements of staying at the hotel - but away from the hotel traffic. The unit was visited twice daily from a team of housekeepers. We tried every restaurant and each was better than the next. An extra special shout out to Banti at Corrali. What a gem of person - a smiling face every morning, remembering everyone in my families names and our favorite drinks - just getting us off to a beautiful start each day. Another helpfull staff member was Odonel. Well trained - shining stars. The expression - "You Get What You Pay For" certainly applies here and endsome. Bravo Ritz! We'll be back!

We had a rough start to our stay at the hotel due to the fact that our most valuable carry-on item was not unloaded from the taxi which brought us to the Ritz Carlton. The quick thinking of the manager on duty, Kartik Chhabra saved the day! Together with the valley, Telly they reviewed the security tape, found the driver’s license plate and phone number, spoke to the driver, who told them where he unloaded our carry on and then drove to the other hotel where my carryon was found. They delivered it back to me. I am very grateful to the 2 gentleman for their exceptional service which went above and beyond their responsibilities or standard hospitality. The rest of our stay has been nothing but blissful: beautiful room facing the turquoise sea and blue skies, comfortable bed, terrific housekeeping, courteous staff and great onsite restaurant. We hope to return as soon as possible We

A pleasant stay at the Ritz Turks and Caicos. I was originally apprehensive given the bad reviews. Overall, we were happy. We booked a two bedroom oceanfront suite. Very sizeable with 2 1/2 baths. We decided to opt in to pay for Club (my kids love Club). Food selections were decent but not as good as the Naples Club. For example, they only served prosecco and not champagne (it didn’t bother me but I know some people are picky about their alcohol). However, the service at the Club was fabulous. Beach was beautiful. White beautiful sand. Clear blue water that’s warm like bath water. The service on the beach was good. There were always enough chairs and umbrellas for guests. And they bring food and beverage fairly quickly (contrary to previous reviews). There were some boats coming up to the beach to try and sell water sports. I prefer my beaches quiet and serene. Would I come back? Yes. It’s easy to get here from the East Coast. And Grace Bay has beautiful water. But I would like to try a quieter time and not 4th of July weekend which was busy and very noisy.

My wife and I had always wanted to stay at a Ritz-Carlton and I have to say our expectations were exceeded by our first stay here. The resort is beautiful and immaculately maintained. The staff were top-notch and so helpful everywhere we went. We never had a bad meal or a bad drink, and even the casino was a lot of fun. O'Neill and Colianna greeted us on our arrival and kicked our stay off with a great experience getting checked in and familiar with the resort. One of our favorite meals was with Casa Nonna where Norman and Lavonn took amazing care of us. Beach was beautiful and well maintained and the staff was always ready to assist; MJ was first-rate at the pool and beach with whatever we needed.
