The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos

We had a fabulous stay at the Ritz! Beautiful hotel with amazing restaurants. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Varun who took care of our dietary needs. He made sure to speak to the chef and see that we were taken care of. Wood was a fabulous server, very friendly and caring. Mike at the lobby bar was so funny and always had a smile on his face. The food at Nonnas was delicious and made fresh. The drinks at Ritz were beyond our expectations… the best on the island. The Ritz is conveniently located walking distance to several restaurants and shops. It’s very safe to walk around at any time. We did venture out to neighboring restaurants and bars, which was nice. They offer free water all day and free coffee in the morning. There are also coffee machines in the rooms. There is a lounge on the 8th floor but we did not pay extra for it, as we did want to go out to eat. I would highly recommend The Ritz and definitely looking forward to coming back!

My husband and I celebrated our 10th year anniversary in Turks and Caicos. The island was beautiful and the ocean spectacular. The hotel was nice, customer service was great and location was perfect. The hotel is walkable distance to restaurants, shops and a supermarket. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We plan to go back next year.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Turks and Caicos with my daughter to celebrate her birthday before she starts University. The staff at the reception, restaurants, bar, and beach—was warm, attentive, and kind. Our room was perfect every single day. Fresh towels, crisp sheets, and replenished water were always waiting for us, and the nightly turn-down service was impeccable. Even with tropical storm Erin passing through during our stay, the staff handled everything with professionalism, ensuring guests felt safe and cared for. We had a great time in Turks and Caicos and the Ritz-Cartlton team made it unforgettable.

Decided to ride out Hurricane Erin. The staff from the bottom to the top was great. Impressed by the temporary setup for meals in salon C. Special shout to Jeny, Marsha and Yensi for the spectacular service.

This June we enjoyed our third consecutive family trip to The Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos. We bring our two kids with us and we always have a wonderful time. The rooms are clean and spacious - we always choose ocean view rooms for the most beautiful view of the turquoise waters from our balcony and in bed. We enjoyed our buffet breakfast every morning thanks to Latoya, Theresa and Ferdinand - they were all very professional and extra sweet with our kids. Of course the highlight was lounging everyday by the pristine beach and playing in the pool. The Ritz feels like home now - with many employees remembering us from previous trips. The main reason we come back every year is because of Florence Adle. From our very first trip, Florence has taken excellent care of my family and me. She always has surprises in store for the kids to make the trip extra special. She is extremely accommodating and always works hard to make sure our stay is beyond excellent. She has become part of the family and we look forward to being welcomed by her every year! We are already looking at dates for 2026!
