The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos

We spent 10 nights for Thanksgiving here and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is spotless, the staff is always friendly and looking to be helpful. Richie and Jean at the front door always make you feel welcome. The pool staff works hard and is very friendly. JP, Emmanuel, Marly, Kennderly, Renna, and I'm sure I'm missing a few, but all were always willing to help out. The pool is very clean. I read where someone complained about the pool cleanliness, this is a windy location so debris does get blown into the pool during the day. However, the pool staff was very attentive to the pool through out the day. My only complaint is how much they charge for cocktails. I think its outrageous. But, its consistent with hotels of this caliber and Turks is expensive all around. Be careful when you sit down to eat and they ask you if you want still or sparkling water as these will cost you $11 per bottle. I think they should tell you this before they just bring them out. The kids club personnel were very helpful with our grandkids. The Club level is the bomb, this is where you should stay. The staff in the club is awesome, Crirs, Rico, Nadia, all very friendly and helpful. Food is great, beer wine and cocktails are included. The is the best value in my opinion. I think this club should be included when you rent the super expensive Penthouse rooms. Overall, you cant beat the location, the view, the hotel is relatively new, built in 2021.

I stayed in the 4 bedroom penthouse. It should be condemned. It has significant water damage. Look at the pictures. How could they possibly put people in this very unsafe room? We coughed and sneezed during our whole stay. It was a horrific room that would be condemned in the United States.

Laid back. Beautiful. Great 6 nights. Staff, from check in to room service were wonderful. Beach is beautiful. So relaxing. Food was terrific. Absolutely no complaints.

We came to Turks and Caicos for our 2 week honeymoon, and it was truly one of the best vacations and experiences we’ve ever had. Not only is Turks and Caicos absolutely beautiful, but The Ritz-Carlton is a stunning hotel with access to amazing restaurants and a breathtaking beach. What stood out the most to us was the hospitality—every single employee treated us with incredible kindness and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. I have never experienced hospitality as well as we did here. A big shout out to Michael, one of the bartenders for his kindness and taking care of us during our stay!

Best beaches, best service, best island in the Caribbean. My man Mikey was the absolute highlight of our trip. Best drink maker on the island!!! He went above and beyond, and shared with us a personal letter that we will keep forever. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!
