The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos

We had a fantastic time at Ritz Turks and Caicos. We upgraded to a Club room and it was amazing. Raheam was very helpful and took care of dinner reservations, airport transport etc. He was fantastic. Wildley was wonderful as well. Everyone in the Club was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had the best stay!

Disappointing Experience for a Ritz Carlton, Especially for Loyal Marriott Guests As a lifetime Platinum Elite member who has stayed at Marriott properties around the world, I rarely write negative reviews—but my experience at the Ritz Carlton Turks & Caicos was, unfortunately, one of the worst I’ve had within the Marriott portfolio. The room itself had a beautiful view, which was the highlight of the stay. Beyond that, the accommodations were mediocre at best. The room felt cramped, and basic functionality was lacking—the toilet barely worked, which is unacceptable at this price point and brand standard. Where the experience did shine was with the staff at the restaurants and on the beach. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and they did their best to make the stay enjoyable. That said, the front desk experience was extremely disappointing. Simple requests—such as assistance with dinner reservations, transportation to and from the hotel, or even a late checkout—were not accommodated. This was particularly frustrating given my long standing loyalty to Marriott and the expectations that come with staying at a Ritz Carlton. Overall, the service inconsistencies and room quality fell well short of what I expect from this brand and the price point. Given the price and reputation, I left feeling that this property does not currently live up to Ritz Carlton standards.

Reese provided truly exceptional service during our time on the beach. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly professional. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable—promptly assisting with towels, guiding us through the setup, and making the entire experience feel effortless. What stood out most was his attitude. Reese carries himself with a calm confidence and genuine warmth that elevates the entire guest experience. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and handled everything with ease and precision. He is a true asset to your team and a perfect example of top-tier service.

We were nervous travelling to our first sunny destination with our 6 month old. Richie and staff made everything so memorable. We had an impeccable time, impeccable service. Service felt intentional and genuine. Will be back again. Thank you so much.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos was nothing short of outstanding. The location on Grace Bay is simply unbeatable—powdery white sand and some of the most beautiful, crystal-clear blue water you’ll find anywhere in the world. It’s the kind of setting that instantly puts you into vacation mode. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the people. The level of warmth and hospitality from the staff made this stay feel special from start to finish. Nicholas, one of the beach attendants, went above and beyond. Not only did he take great care of us on the beach, but we also had the pleasure of seeing him again during our sunset sail on the Lady Grace, where he was just as attentive and engaging. That kind of consistency says a lot. At the pool, Kenderly greeted everyone with towels—and even bigger smiles. His positive energy was contagious and added a personal touch that doesn’t go unnoticed. The spa experience was equally memorable. While I regret not catching the name of the locker room attendant, his cheerful demeanor and genuine happiness made a lasting impression. The spa front desk attendant the property was also consistently welcoming, helpful, and professional. The watch store on property was amazing, but I didn’t enjoy my time down the road at Jais and the salesman I worked with Ravi was above and beyond. While I could not score a Rolex on this trip, I got a few other pieces and will definitely be back. Beautiful property, world-class beach, and a team that truly cares—The Ritz-Carlton Turks & Caicos delivers exactly what you hope for in a luxury Caribbean getaway.
