Turks is a very nice place
The grounds left a lot to be desired. It looked very unkept. There was debris left around the perimeter that it looked like someone could remove. The room was small and I wish we had upgraded. The beach was phenomenal and we loved having a chair and umbrella waiting for us. The was not much planned activity at this hotel and we along with many other guest enjoyed music and the Pink Bar and firepit next door. We also ate at the next doors restaurants several times. They had planned meals and events. The seemed to provide a little bit more reason to stay put each evening. The rooms were clean and most needs provided for. There was a good omelet each morning. We got a car rental and traveled the island.

My welcoming front desk work by the name of Roshana was absolutely fantastic to me an my wife she helped us with room upgrade and made sure we had taxi and ride to every destination we wanted to attend ..we will definitely visit again

Quiet section of Grace Bay Beach
Away from all of the hustle, bustle and traffic near the big resorts, the West Bay Club is on a quieter stretch of Grace Bay Beach. Staff is like family and complementary breakfast is a great way to start the day. Clean, quiet with all the amenities. Fourth time staying there.

This resort is fabulous! Our condo was decorated very nicely with a fabulous view from the balcony. Everything was very clean and all the employees very professional and courteous. Abigail was an EXCEPTION; she was the most pleasant person to be around and very knowledgeable about the island. She gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do and where to eat. West Bay Club needs to clone her…from her sweet smile to her love to work❤️❤️❤️ Abigail is an outstanding, superstar, and GREAT person that we would have taken home with us!!!

Great experience and fond memories
We had a great stay. Roshana was really great at helping me sort out my engagement proposal. She asked the staff to set up torches by the beach at sunset and got me in contact with a photographer to capture the moment. The beachfront at the hotel is very tranquil and away from the crowded beaches and very clean. Would recommend staying at there.

We had a wonderful time on our recent visit to West Bay Club. This was our 6th visit and we plan to return many times. Dane and Roxanna are the perfect hosts and they and the whole staff go out of their way to meet every request and assure you have a great vacation.
The units are beautiful with full kitchens, comfortable furniture and a large ocean front deck. The gym and spa on site are convenient.
The beach is the best and it's nice to be on this side of the island. The beaches are wider, the snorkeling is a five minute walk either way on the beach and the grocery store is close. We have been vacationing Providenciales for 15 years and West Bay Club is the best new property there by far.

We spent our honeymoon at West Bay Club and had a wonderful time. The accommodations are beautiful, the beach and pool area always had places to sit, even during the busiest part of the season, and the staff was courteous and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again.
