one of the best hotel in shanghai!
We were fortunate enough to stay at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai for a whole week. All the hotel staff were incredibly dedicated, warm, and proactive in greeting us and assisting with any requests. The Grand Club offered ample food and beverages and readily arranged meeting rooms for us. Staying for a week in one of Shanghai's iconic skyscrapers was an absolute treat! Special thanks to the cleaning staff on the 82nd floor for their meticulous twice-daily cleaning and turndown service. We also want to thank Feng Wenwen, a server at the buffet restaurant on the 56th floor, for her enthusiastic and attentive service and assistance. And the incredibly popular seafood buffet dinner is definitely the best in Shanghai!

Excellent View and Amazing Stay
The lounge staff really made our stay special. The check-in at the lounge was very smooth and they provided us an available room with great views. The staff worked really hard during breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail and provided excellent service.

Best hotel in Shanghai!
Great location (walking distance to multiple subway), excellent view of Huang Pu River from guest rooms. Part of the new Shanghai Landmark buildings, great service from hotel staff, highly recommended!
