Great resort. Good food and drink. Staff were excellent. Need to stop the long pants rule for men at restaurants and not allow speakers at the pools. Special staff were Claudia at the premium lounge and Jesus at the snack bar. Taco bar there was awesome. We will definitely return

Was very disappointed at 7 day stay here. From clustered check in experience to multiple broken items in our “premium” room. Stained towels and sheets upon getting to room. White powder on bathroom surfaces. Floors so dirty socks turned black. Broken toilet and tub. Lights hanging off wall. Just enough small things that room should have been marked unavailable and rehabbed before being made available. We tried to alert management but was told “no one is one duty at moment” front desk supervisor came to speak with us. Do not stay here if room was not bad enough food was sketchy at best of times we ended up walking over to beach area restaurants for majority of dining

We stayed thinking it was a reputable resort and came to find moldy smelly rooms, terrible alcohol and inedible food. We were unable to reserve and dine at any of their restaurants and the facilities are truly dirty and disgusting. We debated checking out and getting a different hotel on night 2. Truly disappointed in the management, they even attempted to upsell us to a premium package with an exclusive room and upgraded drinks. Never again, even found a bug in one of the rooms

I really enjoyed the pool and atmosphere. The bed was uncomfortable and woke up each morning with back pain. Other than that everything else was very good.
