We had a wonderful experience attention to detail is everywhere from the decor to the little touches in rooms.., restaurants were amazing and food was incredible… Staff was nothing but kind everywhere we went and we love the greeting with the hand over your heart! Roberto Gallando and Alvarado were at the pool with us and 100% the best!!! They took such great care and attention!!! We love these guys.. Only complaint and it’s small is that when we checked in after long flight, travel to the resort, checking in the hotel then being ushered to our concierge, who begin to try and sell us on setting up meeting for timeshare! All we wanted to do is get to our room…unpack and start vacation! I was told I was being rude because we declined which is not a good first impression in my opinion We’re not here to do business and have not ever been to the resort to decide if we like it. So just know this is part of their check in routine. Other than that we had an incredible time and will go back!

Great all-inclusive in Puerto Vallarta! The service was excellent! The food was really good for all-inclusive but we definitely preferred some spots over others! We also enjoyed the hike and salsa class with Ronnie! Sweet and has an amazing memory! Orlando went out of his way to make sure we made it to our dinner reservation on time. Housekeeping staff, oyuki and ángeles were also very detailed and thorough! Overall, a great experience. Arturo, Jorge, and Alan made our last breakfast at Bocados very special! Some cons… there is ongoing construction that starts pretty early in the morning, there were several issues with our TV(I forgot her name but a systems member came and did not leave until she fixed our TV! She was great) and the location is a little far from the city center. Also forgot their names but we had a great time at Noi because the waiters were extremely attentive and made great recommendations. (6:30pm reservation on 5/14) Make sure that if you visit you make some time to head to downtown area!

Came here to do my wedding planning and oh my goodness what a relaxing time ! I cant wait to have my wedding here. Did my menu tasting and Chef cuco is absolutely phenomenal. The service here everywhere you go is IMPECCABLE. Top class. You feel welcomed and loved in every corner of the entire properties. I can’t wait to come back :) Zarely is the best wedding coordinator. Fabian and carlos were such sweet waiters !! And ray was a ray of sunshine at the pool every day :) Adriana was such a great receptionist!!! Helped us every way. And Emily was just the sweetest host at garza blanca. I wish there was w gym at Garza, but the trolley ride to mousai is so quick and easy :) Weather was perfect actually! Only got humid on the last day. Lunch and breakfast was the best at Garza - Blanco

Bocados staff are wonderful. We have been here 4 times its staff like Alan, Carlos, and Erika that make this resort stand out year after year.the food is wonderful. My compliments to the chefs. All the restaurants in Garza Blanca are amazing. They never disappoint. That’s why we keep coming back.

This is strictly about the staffing, they are amazing people. Everyone makes you feel special, and the views are amazing. The food is ok, we did the all inclusive which includes a lot of things but the restaurant was my least favorite, maybe because I had better IMO. Definitely make some time for yourself and spoil yourself, you deserve this treatment. Yolo
