Fantastic in all areas!
Our stay at Hotel Mousai felt like returning home but to a much more service driven beautiful home than our actual home!!! The staff is genuinely warm, welcoming & inviting. Beginning with our Bellman Yiovanni, welcoming us back , our concierge Laura; getting us checked in to our fabulous butlers, Ernesto "& Diego greeting us daily, procuring restaurant reservations, lists of activities each day, transportation and genuine conversation! Pool bar staff phenomenal and the Pool "Ambassador"/ Doctor and "shade master extraordinaire" Salvador attending to your every need! The new addition of the Peruvian restaurant Misika, entrusting Felix, our waiter with making excellent choices for us was a wonderful delicious evening. Don't miss the sweet potato doughnuts for dessert! It is quickly becoming one of our favorite restaurants within the Tafer Family! Our other favorite restaurant DAO with the incredible waiter Albert "Frias" was fabulous as always!!! You cannot go wrong with any of the restaurants, breakfast at Terrace/ NOI with Edgar & Oscar,, Bocados with the sommelier making us "Mexican Coffee" for dessert & Hiroshi with the addition of their Fire Grill tables were all superb!!! The activities are always fun especially Chef Daniel's cooking class at Karuma was OUTSTANDING! We can't wait to return ASAP!!!! Oh yes the " friends" you make around pool time are so much fun!!! A wonderful amazing get away!

A Piece of Paradise
Hotel Musai in Puerto Vallarta is a place to go if you want to be spoiled from the moment you awake until you place your head on the pillow at night. Many amazing restaurants and Cristo at the new Peruvian restaurant was a wonderful waiter that kept us informed throughout our experience. Love the adults only pool!

Our 10th trip
This was our 10th time at Garza Blanca/Mosai. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with family and friends. We got a coordinator that set up a ceremony at the beach and then a reception at one of the venues inside the resort. Diego our concierge for Mosai and Diana our concierge at Garza continue to exceed all of our expectations every time we go there. They are attentive, helpful and make sure our experience is the best. We just came home after 10 wonderful days and about to book the next one. Thank you to all the staff at the resort.
