What can we say
What can we say? This is the most special place we’ve ever travelled to. The views, rooms, and food are incredible, but the people here are truly the best. They’re so kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. We enjoyed several meals while we were here. Noi, DAO, and Misika all served fantastic food and service. A huge thank you to Pilar for always finding the best table for us at Noi. Ricardo in the South lobby bar knows how to make the best martinis. Eduardo and Alberto, as always, provided impeccable service.

Hotel Mousai a must visit
Hotel Mousai is 5 star treatment all around. I arrived for my 40th birthday and check-in to check out was great. The rooms, location, and food were all excellent but the best part of the trip was the excellent staff! Diego and the butler staff along with all the waiters, porters, chefs, waiters/waitresses were the best! I will definitely be back

Hotel Mousai North Tower is worth a visit! The many food options at both towers is top of the line and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Honeymoon
The hotel is simply wonderful. The room is easily the most luxurious and comfortable room I’ve ever stayed at in any resort. I never ate a single thing I didn’t love, and the drinks were also more often very good than not. The staff was so attentive I felt like royalty, and they were also just very kind people that made you feel at home right away. Specifically the butlers Ernesto and Diego were incredibly helpful in our stay. The waitstaff Samantha, Padril, and Alex all made us feel very special and ensured we had a great time. We’d love to come back soon and would recommend this to anyone going on their honeymoon, or any kind of trip with their partner.
