Everything was a “5” until checkout. There was a charge on our bill that was not ours. This was explained and removed. While routinely checking my Amex bill after returning home, I discovered a new charge from Eden Roc. It was the disputed amount and an additional charge which we admit responsibility. I called the resort and spoke to a helpful person who said he would discuss with his manager and also send to us copies of our bills. That was on 4/30, never received a credit or the promised bill copies. Unfortunately I shredded our bill copy so I cannot file a claim with Amex. This has disappointed us and has left an extremely negative impression of this resort.

How to explain how absolutely amazing our time was at Eden Roc Cap Cana?? From the moment we arrived, our every need, ask, and want was taken care of. Junior was our fabulous concierge and he stayed in constant contact with us throughout the stay. He helped with our airport transfers and even helped us get to Mass! The entire staff is friendly, professional, and eager to make your stay the very best. The crew at the beach helped set up our loungers every morning, the servers at the Beach Club fixed delicious drinks and the food was fantastic. They even had employees raking the beach to make everything look perfect. You are in a private cove, so the water is clean and clear and there are no beach hawkers selling things or party boats. It’s totally private and we felt very safe. Our villa had its own private pool and the housekeepers did an excellent job servicing the room three times a day. Since we were in a villa, we had our own golf cart to drive to and from the main resort area. It was wonderful to have our own private retreat. The entire resort is gorgeous!!! Dining at all of the restaurants was fantastic and we especially loved the piano bar. We will be return guests for sure!

I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience during my stay at your resort in March 2026. I visited with my boyfriend at the time, who is now my fiancé, and we chose your property based on previous positive experiences with Eden Roc resorts. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standards we expected. During our visit, I experienced repeated inappropriate behavior from a member of your reception/concierge staff, identified as Lissette Cordero. Her conduct included making persistent advances toward my fiancé, which made both of us extremely uncomfortable. Most concerning, she later requested money in exchange for “keeping the situation quiet,” which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I did report this incident to the General Manager during our stay, but I feel it is important to formally document the seriousness of the situation. This type of behaviour not only reflects poorly on your resort but also creates an environment that is uncomfortable and inappropriate for guests, particularly couples. While I understand the importance of hospitality and guest engagement, there is a clear line between professionalism and inappropriate conduct. What we experienced crossed that line significantly. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar situations.

Incredible resort. Beautiful, relaxing, and fun. The service was great, especially Max at La Palapa along with Ralphy and Sarah, our concierges. We will be back.
