Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana

Absolutely amazing!!! Everything from kids activities to adult night-outs and everything in between was fantastic. Cesar (bartender at twisted timbers) and yanilka camarera (also at twisted timbers) were incredible. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely good at customer service. My family had an absolutely outstanding vacation at this resort. A huge part was because of the staff ❤️ *FYI I’m Canadian but didn’t realize that I needed to change that at the bottom and when I did I had to start my entire review over which obviously I didn’t want to do.

We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana for the fourth time in a row..It became like our second home for the holidays.. it was a wonderful vacation like always.. Due to our Globalist status we have many benifits there as well.. We want to thank Martin our concierge for making our stay memorable-he suprised us with lovely treats every day and checking in on us ,he fulfilled every wish we had ,you did an amazing job. We want to thank the cleaning ladies (our room 1818 from 17.04-27.04.25)you made a fantastic job in the morning and evening. Everyone treated us so well we felt very welcome . ..All the restaurants are great -we mostly ate at the tempest restaurant the staff and chefs are doing an excellent job..We want to highlight Melvin from the Mercado and Yodeivi from the tempest Restaurant thank you both , they served us very well and fulfilled all our wishes Thank you Nelson (Animateur )for teaching me dart even I failed😂 Easter was so great for the kids -they enjoyed it so much ..I could go on and on .. We loved every min of our stay Thank you Family Wolf

I had high expectations for this resort, and it blew every single one of them out of the water! I traveled with my husband and two children (ages 3 and 6) and booked the club level room. From the time we arrived, our bags were taken right to our room while we were taken to the club area to check in where there was a full bar and snacks for the kids. We were then introduced to Raquel who was our concierge for the week, and she was there for us whenever we needed anything!! I LOVE HER!!! The rooms were so clean and just absolutely perfect! Housekeeping came twice a day once to clean and one for a turn down... one day we needed our daughter to nap so we missed our cleaning... called to reschedule and they came right when we needed them to! The food was so good! The grouper at dinner at the Chinola was the best fish I have ever had!! Deiby at the club bar made me THE BEST Skinny Margarita ever and always started making me one when he saw me! The nightly entertainment was always spot on still trying to figure out how the magician did half of the stuff he did! Even more importantly than my husband and I loving everything about this resort, my kids had THE BEST TIME! They were obsessed with the water park, loved the beach, fun kid activities, movie nights, the popsicles, ice cream literally EVERYTHING! My daughter even started calling the hyatt "home" If you can book the club level, do it! If not, you will still have an amazing trip! I read some of the negative reviews on this hotel and actually LAUGHED OUT LOUD no idea where any of those people stayed but I promise you it was not here because there is nothing negative you could say about the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana in Punta Cana, and we will be back!!

Excelente Hotel, beautiful beach. Nice and fancy restaurants, excellent foods and beverages. Personal Staff is very very Kind and respectful. Extremely well cared place, clean and peaceful play to stay. The space is so easy to walk, everything is at a very short distance, amazing views. Highly recommended

La mejor experiencia de un hotel todo incluido del país, playa arena blanca y sin olas, piscinas con buen mantenimiento, la comida hasta del buffet es espectacular, la bebida es buena, las atenciones del personal son muy buenas. Lo recomiendo 100%.
