Conrad Punta de Mita

My wife and I went here for our mini-honeymoon and we were deeply humbled by the generosity and friendliness of the staff. At nearly every meal they helped us celebrate our new marriage and catered various restaurant options to fit our vegan diets. We especially liked the aesthetics and historic narratives of the food and drink options at Codex, which specializes in ancient Mexican cuisine. The agave tasting was also well worth it and took place in an air conditioned studio. We would like to thank Rafael, Cristian, and chef Jose Maria at Codex, Fabio, Abraham, and chef Augustino at Arbol, Karla and Gladys at Reception, and Andres and Edgar at Mesquite (which has a great location right on the beach). We would love to come back here in 2026 or 2027 and will highly recommend it

We had the best time during our stay at the Conrad. We came to celebrate both our 1 year wedding anniversary and our Babymoon. We were recommended this hotel by a family member and we are so grateful for the team at the Conrad for making it truly the best vacation. The hotel is beautiful. The greenery of the landscape is beautiful. The views of the pool, beach and sunset from the hotel were impeccable. Straight out of a postcard. Our time at the pool and beach were so relaxing. The staff members, I believe one gentleman named Luis Carlos and others were so welcoming and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The food was top notch! We loved our experience at Codex! Martin at Codex was amazing! He was so thoughtful and had the best hospitality. The food was impeccable. Complements to the chef. Worth every penny for the food and experience we got from it. Fabian, Emmanuel, Cristina at Árbol were wonderful. They were so kind and so hospitable!! They made the experience elevated and it was a very enjoyable dinner. Their recommendations were so helpful considering we wanted to order everything on the menu. They truly made the experience memorable!! They even gave us a postcard with our photo and telling us congratulations. It was so sweet. The team at Mezquite were wonderful. The views of the sunset were outstanding. The food was top notch!! We had a couples message treatment and the ladies who did our treatment were so skilled and amazing. They did such a wonderful job allowing us to feel relaxed and comfortable considering I am pregnant. Truly the whole team at the Conrad did a fantastic job. We are already planning for our second trip again because we loved it so much! Thank you for helping make this the best trip to celebrate our Babymoon and our first wedding anniversary! We had a fantastic time at our recent stay at the Conrad Punta De Mita. The entire staff were great and took very good care of us. The grounds, pool and food were exceptional. A very special thanks to Christian and his team. First class all the way! We will be back!

We had an incredible family vacation this summer at the Conrad! Our suite included roundtrip private airport transportation in an SUV. We booked in advance with our butler who reached out prior to our trip. A Conrad rep was waiting outside at arrivals and quickly escorted us to the air conditioned vehicle. It is about an hour drive. We booked a two bedroom oceanfront residence and were upgraded to the version with kitchen at check in. The balcony view is spectacular! The room was located in the main building. On our first day we had a problem with the AC in the building but a quick call to the front desk and they gave us a new room and sent help to transfer the luggage. Very quickly resolved! Each day we received corona beers and guac or salsa when we returned from a day in the sunshine which was a lovely touch. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and clean! Our butler Ximena ensured our fridge was stocked with our favorite sodas, beers, and plenty of waters (all complimentary in the suite!) The property itself is lovely, with relaxing pools, lots of activities (try the free classes - we loved making mojitos!), and good food (Latin grill masters summer series is a must). But the shining star of this resort are the staff. I’ve never experienced such a high level of service and kindness. From the wonderful breakfast servers at arbol everyday to the attentive pool waiters who always greeted us with “hola familia!” to our lovely butler Ximena (service included with our room) who helped us organize dinner reservations, navigate the property, and plan activities. Thank you to everyone who works at this hotel! You made the trip so excellent and relaxing. I hope one day we get to return!

Where do we begin? We struggled picking the perfect paradise for our honeymoon, and finally pulled the trigger on Conrad. BEST DECISION EVER. We were blown away by the kindness and attention to detail we received at every turn. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you SO MUCH for taking care of us!!
