Juan Carlos was so nice ! He did with us a water polo game and it was so funny and a great experience. All the team is amazing.

As a long-time Hilton loyalist, I was really excited to book this property. The only hesitation I had came from a few reviews mentioning the food quality — but honestly, the food ended up being one of the best parts of our entire stay. Yes, the dining is expensive, but it’s a resort, and the quality was truly top-notch. We traveled with our two kids (10 and 7) and my brother and sister-in-law, who have a 3.5-year-old, and the whole crew had an amazing time. The kids basically lived at the pool and went down the slide at least a thousand times. We loved starting our mornings swimming in the ocean and then transitioning to the pool in the afternoons. Every staff member we interacted with treated us incredibly well. One of the highlights was getting to release baby turtles with the kids — a dream come true and something we’ll never forget. The rooms were spectacular. Breakfast was excellent. Lunch at Paleta by the pool every day was consistently delicious. We tried all the restaurants for dinner, and Codex and the Italian restaurant were the clear standouts. The Japanese buffet offered during our stay was also surprisingly great. Another huge plus for families: kids eat free, which is such a thoughtful benefit and makes the property even more appealing for those traveling with little ones. Overall, we truly cannot say enough good things about this resort. It exceeded every expectation, and we hope to spend another holiday here with our family in the future.

Our stay at Conrad Punta De Mita was exceptional; the property is stunning, service is top-notch from the front desk to housekeeping. The concierge service was fabulous and a special note of appreciation to Angelica who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are beautiful - we had a wonderful ocean front suite - and very comfortable. The restaurants are great - especially Mezquite and Codex - and the breakfast was extensive. The pool staff were so nice and everyone greeted us with a smile and addressed us by name. Even though the resort is quite large, and it was at 90% capacity when we were there, it is so spread out that it didn't feel crowded - except perhaps at breakfast. This is a perfect escape for families or couples (there is an adult only pool) seeking relaxation in a gorgeous, easy-to-navigate resort setting. We will return.

My husband, our six-year-old daughter, and I stayed at the Conrad Hilton for a week after Thanksgiving and had an incredible experience. Booking through Costco Travel was seamless, and the service from the moment we arrived was exceptional. Gabriella at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Our daughter loved the kids club, and we were impressed with all the activities especially the fantastic pizza-making class with their chef which was free! The staff was warm, the resort was beautiful, and we left wishing we had booked even more. An amazing stay overall, and we would happily return every year.
