Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic
My wife and I said to celebrate our anniversary (and no kids for the night!). We have enjoyed many other hotels and changed our booking three times before trying The Darling. Check in was done in minutes with no queues (unlike Crown). Self parking was easy downstairs. We stayed in the Jewel Spa City Suite. Wow. Views across to North Sydney, Barangaroo and the city. At night the lights of the city sparkled in the background while we enjoyed our lounge. The spa bath is enormous and the bed was divine. But if you stay - indulge in Sokoyo for lunch or dinner - wonderful restaurant within the foyer

Birthday surprise
Husband’s birthday and they kindly upgraded us which was a pleasant surprise but when we found out it was the penthouse we were thrilled. The young lady escorted us up and it was just amazing. The staff are so polite and nothing is a problem. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you are celebrating something special.

Absolutely 5 star
I stayed here with my husband and baby for a night and it’s truly a 5 star experience. From the moment you walk in the place smells amazing, the service is next level and the rooms are so beautiful and luxurious. The stand out for us though was definitely the service we received, it’s the type of 5 star treatment you'd typically get overseas. We were looked after by a lovely gentleman named Tomer who made sure our experience was special and that we had a beautiful room. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back.

Tenzing was incredibly kind and professional. Upon arrival, she gave us a free upgrade which made our trip even more enjoyable. she went above and beyond to make our trip special. she outlined everything clearly, answering any questions we had.

boring and no vibe
pretty average for a 5 star. room is nice and big but right over the pool and couldnt open the blinds without losing privacy, there is no view, parking is a hassle, the food options suck and its really not a good vibe at all. very dated and boring hotel. they give some "perks" that just arent that good like a delivery of meats to the room when i am a vegetarian 😂
