The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

Our recent weekend trip to The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur was phenomenal. We had selected this place for our Dad’s 75th Birthday celebrations and the family had planned a surprise to wish him. The hotel had planned a cake cutting ceremony for Dad post welcoming him and the family with aarti and Garlands. The rooms were ready and had a personalized message on the TV screens wishing Dad a very Happy Birthday. A short video which we shared with the hotel was playing on the screen which was so nostalgic for the parents. The special Hi-Tea and the dinning experience for our family was very well planned. The room was dressed in ambiance lights and lamps clubbed with floral arrangements & ballons. The staff was helpful, and stay was comfortable. The General Manager Mr. Vishal Virmani and his team left no stone unturned to make our stay packed with surprises and making our parents feel like true Royals.

Our trips to Rajvilas (and there have been a fair amount of them over the last several years) are always outstanding, and this time was even better than our earlier ones. The service levels are incomparable, and it is understandable that Rajvilas is ranked so high in global rankings, because it is our favorite hotel, period. The GM Vishal Virmani has brought in a standard where if it's at all possible to do, the personnel at the hotel will do it. There are also several innovations and upgrades happening across the property. Most of the previous times we have visited, we used to stay in the tents, which are now undergoing a complete overhaul. We are looking forward to staying in them the next time we visit. The service levels were outstanding across the board, but some members of the team went out of their way to make things comfortable, starting with the duty manager Ashish, and the 4 individuals who served us at breakfast over the three days- Sunny and Nandini on the first day, and then Ruchi and Sakshi on the remaining two days. Housekeeping and in-room dining too was top notch. There was a great degree of care and thoughtfulness shown to making our 10 year old daughter feel at home. Overall, it's a truly excellent resort experience, and now with all the connections across the new highway having been integrated, it took us less than three and a half hours to get from Delhi to the hotel, which of course is very convenient. We stayed in the room with the pool for the first time, and would definitely recommend it, although the tents have always been my favorite.

When entered the property , we were welcomed with lots of love and being there was a loved and when we were leaving they were having afection and when are coming again ❤️😁😀

Exceeded all expectations. Staff hospitality was out of the world. They made us and our 5 year old daughter feel very special. And offcourse the free roaming peacocks on the grounds were an added highlight. Our smallest needs were timely catered to with lot of care, like insect repellent, anatcids, all delivered instantly to our room. Can’t ask of anything more
