After leave another resort due to not being impressed we came to Omni. From the minute we walked in hospitality was wonderful, the place was classy and beautiful in atmosphere. The rooms, food, pools etc all exceeded our expectations and were suberb. Definitely returning mainly to get same experience that isn’t easily gotten at other resorts.

Palm Springs is truly like no place I have ever been to before. The views are breathtaking and feel borderline fake, it's just an indescribably unique. The grounds of the Omni Los Ranchos itself is well maintained and is staffed with very friendly people. Food and drink, although quite expensive was of a higher quality so it felt somewhat justifiable. Water was available everywhere at no cost (you will need it!).The rooms were I felt quite standard in size and design. Bedding was super comfortable which mattered the most since that was largely the only time we spent in the room. I also liked that there was an adults only pool area, once the weekend hit the lazy river and larger pool area were packed to the brim with families and chaos ensued. It was nice to be able to escape to a more tranquil area at that point.

We paid for an upgraded room with a pool view to be near the pool area for the kids. First off, the pool was so overcrowded that even the lazy river was jammed up with people. No chairs for the guests. Cabanas we're taken by resort pass guests so there's no priority for those who are paying almost $1,000 a night to stay there. Also because people can pay for a day pass to the pool, it was so ridiculously crowded my son who had been looking forward to this for so long didn't even want to go to the pool because there was not a single chair and it was just packed with people. Not even a space in the pool for him. The room was not worth the money. The carpet was dirty. Our patio door was broken. They also told us because we had an infant and it was hot they were going to put a note in our account for a room to be ready early if they could accommodate. We understand that this can't always happen. But when we got there there was no note in the account and our room was hours from being ready. The whole stay ended up being a disaster. Felt like he big waste of money.

Horrible I ask for Ev charger for my vehicle from day earlier and also yesterday morning when I came the lady in the front told me I have to talk to the valet parking guy after that I go to my room to put my belongings to the room and shortly after that I go to Target after that I go to charging station next to in and out burger we try for almost 45 minutes didn't work after that I bring back my wife to the room go back the valet parking guys to charge my car after standing good 5 to 7 minutes some guy showed up and told me he can't do it because my car is Cadillac electric car and it's not tesla I go back to the charging station I was before spend almost 2 hours to charge my car and also every one waiting for me it caused lots of problem with my wife in Mother's Day weekend and also overpay for charging my car in your opinion it was fine all this issue? Even the lady in the front didn't ask about my car what is it the brand The room it was nasty and dirty and bad smell as well You decide how was our experience

From the excellent customer service to transportation, food and the room amenities, it was all a fantastic 1st experience, we will definitely be returning next year!
