Absolutely beautiful resort, with an amazing staff. Coleman at the front desk was so responsive and accommodating The housekeeping staff was there with anything we needed promptly. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded. We will definitely be coming back.

Coleman was a wonderful host and very accommodating. Very polite. One of the best hosts I've had. Coleman was well communicative as he was checking us in. He did his best to keep us feel informed of activities going on. He also helped us make our hotel stay as smooth as possible since we were pairing a vacation with a business trip.

This is my favorite hotel. Our room wasn't registered as what we reserved and Coleman at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I got the room I wanted for my Birthday and he told us about some tips and tricks of the area. Love this resort so much.

If you are visiting the Palm Springs - Palm Desert area, you need to come check out this amazing resort and spa. It truly is an unbelievable experience. As a frequent traveler for business, I stay at a lot of properties up and down the West Coast, and this place is a sanctuary for fun and relaxation. The Westin Rancho Mirage offers all the amenities you need to enjoy time together with family and friends. From the multiple pools on-site, the beautiful golf course, fabulous restaurants/lounges, to the world class service, this location offers it all. Jose Galimidi and his team are ready to assist - a big thank you to him. Upon check-in, Neomi was in total control to help make sure our room reservations were taken care of to the highest level. She really stood out during our stay to help make us feel like family. If you like pool slides, make sure to check out the one at the main pool. Plus, feel free to reserve a cabana for the full VIP experience (Thanks to Robert for his assistance!). Don't forget about the Happy Hour each day at the Pinz & Pints bar and arcade - your kids will have a blast and you can hang out and share in the fun! The spa and fitness center are top notch, so don't miss out on dropping by to relax or get a workout in. And you have to grab a coffee and breakfast at Coffee-ology each morning to get a perfect start on the day. Again, this place has it all!
