My family was one of the very the first to come to this resort during its ‘soft’ opening in Feb 2022. Even though there were many things which were not finished and quite up to scratch on our first visit we are returning on 26th May to review the hotel now it’s fully open. First time we were disappointed the spa wasn’t finished , the paths on the beach were still under construction and the service in the restaurant was very slow. We still loved the hotel and beach and are ready to return to see what it is like now it is fully open perhaps trying the new all inclusive offering.

First time travelling to UAE and will definitely not be my last. This hotel is simply amazing , from the location , to the staff and food. The restaurant staff in particular made this hotel a memorable experience , Simran , Juni and Syam are some of the most caring and politest people I have ever met , they can not do enough for you to ensure you have the most pleasant dining experience. Moses the pool attendant one word FANTASTIC , always made us smile and welcome whenever we entered the pool area , he is a true gentleman. The food at the hotel was brilliant , so tasty and full of flavour this was across breakfast lunch and dinner thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Noho Resturant American themed , the food is lovely but so much we could barely finish a starter let alone 3 courses The beach location , the pool and the food is one of the best holidays I have been on. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

I organised a wedding on the 16th of May, coordinating with Ms. nourhan, the event manager, who was professionally handling our demands and it went successfully , same as the banquet team they are helpful, cooperative, and professional at their services ,

The Intercontinental Ras Al Khaimah seems to be a new and very beautiful resort, with great beach and Food & Beverage facilities. Most of the employees all over the resort are very friendly and you can feel that they love to do their job. Great job by an Egyptian employee at the Reception or Guest relation (unfortunately I forget his name). For an important meeting I forgot my cufflinks, and this Gentlemen organized them for me very late evening within a short time!! Well done!!!

Two Words - Truly Amazing We stayed at this fabulous resort for 14 nights in August 2023. Stepping foot into the lobby we were treated like royalty. Upon leaving, we felt like family. A huge shout out to Martin Hilton and his team whom work tirelessly everyday to make your stay not only enjoyable, but comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Also a big thank you to the lovely and welcoming staff in Saffar Restaurant, especially Jenny. Gorgeous food, tasty cocktails made to order and a scenery to die for. We enjoyed our stay so much so we have booked a return visit this Summer.
