Peppermill in Reno thinks they are the Bellagio. Well newsflash they aren’t. Property is dated, food options are awful. Employees are clueless and unhelpful. Security will follow you around, I almost asked one if he wanted to play the machine I was on for me, lol. Their player card system is broken most of the time and you can’t even login. They will blacklist you from getting offers if you dare complain. Happened to a buddy of mine. He complained about the state of his room and now he no longer gets casino offers. Too funny. Not that they would have gone back anyway. If you want Vegas Luxury go to Atlantis or GSR. Peppermill is lipstick on a pig.

Ihad a lovely lunch in the Oceano Resturant with family. Food and service were excellent. After leaving the hotel I discovered I had lost my phone. The staff and the security man Freddie were very helpful looking for the phone. I was very worried where it had gone. Fortunately the phone was located in our car so all was well. Thanks for the help.

The Peppermill is a wonderful hotel/casino! We arrived a little earlier than normal check in, and they were very helpful, especially since our luggage did not arrive! We ended up going back to the airport early in the morning to get our luggage, so the Peppermill supplied us with toothbrushes and toothpaste to tide us over. The room (in the Tuscany tower) was beautiful, and the bathroom very spacious.

Had the worst experience at the bar next to the poker room at the Océano entrance. The bartender Ryle I think her name is kept ignoring us however she was taking drink orders from the guys next to us! Ignored us for a long time g time until she saw we were upset. This is ridiculous, making us feel like our money wasn't good enough!

We have stayed at Peppermill for the past 3 years now! We came here for my daughter's wedding 💑 . The rooms are amazing a very nice Italian style with a large King bed! The Sushi restaurant Oceano is one of the best Sushi restaurants in my life! It has cheap/affordable prices! Finally, the pool and casino are wonderful! However, the hotel was still undergoing renovations at the time I stayed, so it should be even better now! Looking forward to coming back!
