Outstanding experience delivered by a knowledgeable and experienced staff.
Fantastic five-star experience! Fairmont staff went above and beyond with exceptional food, surprise gifts, and top-tier service. Duearate gave my wife and me spectacular service each night in the Gold Club, including a Cachaça tasting—his knowledge and attention to detail were unmatched. Mix the Prince and Lucas were the first team members to warmly greet us after a 30-hour travel day and also the last to say goodbye, sharing laughs and incredible hospitality along the way. Clara made every drink with care and brought friendly, uplifting energy to every interaction. We felt truly cared for and can’t wait to return with friends!

Love for LUAN!!!!!
LUAN from room service was the sweetest & just a DEAR HEART!! She delivered our food to our room multiple times and she always created us with a smile had a friendly chat, even though our Portugues is not that great. Then one night she suggested that maybe we should have dinner on the terrace, which was a lovely idea. We even had my mom on FaceTime from Canada and she said a quick hello to my mom and said how lovely we were as her guests here at the Fairmont. We travel quite a bit and have been living out of suitcases for 10 months and counting and meeting people like Luan is always the cherry on top. Job well done by her each and every time.

good food, with good variety, excellent service by Murilo; enjoying the amazing view from the restaurant to the ocean be it sunny or rainy, the hotel offers great spaces for accomodating all tastes for the most important meal of the day great holiday destination

Super hôtel !
Great hotel with amazing location on the Copacabana bay. Super service : Pedro (the concierge) Murilo (one of the waiters) and all the staff do their best to make your stay amazing. I also love the spa and the great massages or facials. I strongly recommend

Murelo is very courteous and pleasant. He is attentive to the customers. He was there when you needed anything. He made our dining experience phenomenal. It was a beautiful experience (quite lovely). It was a Wonderful Mom's Day !! Thank you, Murelo.
