My experience at the resort was far more than amazing. I have not been on a solo trip for a long time. When I say solo I mean a mommy break. I came with my sisters and family for the bad bunny concert. I have been a fan since 2016. We are from NYC. I loved everything about the resort. Beautiful views. My room was spectacular. I am eager to come back soon my with children. Edwin colon also took the time to get our luggage upstairs. He was very attentive to our needs and happened to always be there to bring us back to our room or pick us up. I work for customer service over 20 plus years and he exceeded the expectations. My trip was short but I left with a full heart. The food and drinks were delicious. We can’t wait to come back.

Dining experience at Nori
My husband and I were extremely impressed by the level of service at Hyatt Regency’s sushi restaurant, Nori. The chef, Ivan Martinez, was extremely accommodating to our needs and even came out to check in on our experience! The food was impeccable! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! Kamille, our waiter, was very pleasant and ensured that our food and drinks were delivered in a timely manner. Overall, a splendid experience we hope others enjoy as well!
