Our server/host Anthony was amazing i enjoyed our conversation he made my visit to the restaurant very welcoming I loved his sense of humor throughout the night. We forgot to notify we where celebrating a friends birthday but once we said something he made sure to acknowledge it

Staying for a class reunion
The hotel staff and employees were extremely courteous and very helpful although they were sometimes not instructed on how to handle big groups in a convention. The small bath towels were taken and not replaced. No double sinks in the bathroom and more hooks are needed to hang towels and cloths in the bathroom Rooms are located in villas far away from the lobby (transportation was provided by a trolley and didn’t need to wait long). The villas have stairs and no elevator; although there were only two floors it was difficult for some guests like me. They should notify guests first. I made the check-out online to avoid the line but after a while everything was erased and needed to return for a printed evidence of my staying (this was not good).
