Excellent stay
We really enjoyed this hotel. It was low season so it wasn’t busy. The breakfast is really great with a large selection. Our family room was spacious and very clean. We also used the wash and fold laundry service which works out well when you have a big bundle of laundry. Our kids loved the pool and all the kids club activities Nanette Rodriguez was amazing at kids club along with the other helpers. Nori and the Tepinyaki restaurant was really good. Large portions and food value for money. Good sushi! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

This resort far exceeded our expectations. My boyfriend and I went for 5 nights and stayed in an ocean front bungalow and it did not disappoint! The cats on premises were friendly and adorable, the iguanas were everywhere and really fun to spot, and the room / facilities were excellent. The pool, swim up bar, and food were next level. I never expect to love the food on-resort - Hyatt crushed it though. The smores pizza at the bar was lights out and the ceviche, ahi tuna nachos, and fish tacos at the swim up bar/food truck were the highlight of all of our meals - all week!!
