10/10 Dinner for 2
10/10 meal… we shared the Delmonico w Mashed potatoes and paremsan risotto. This rivaled our all time favorite meal at Hell Kitchen in Lake Tahoe. Not to mention the service was absolutely impeccable. Thais and Bryan both were so genuine and kind. Could not recommend enough.

Beach Resort and Food at Waters Edge (Thank you Chef Pedro)
Georgeous resort with pool and beach front bunglows but the highlite of the trip was our daily brunch at Waters Edge. The chef Pedro and his collegues Alexendra along with the excellent wait staff (shout out to Emili) catered to our Vegan request and fed us the best meals on the Island. I will come back to this resort for sure, nit just for the atmosphere, impacable rooms but for there personlized services.

Location is amazing. Staff very friendly. Prime dinner on our last night, daily breakfast buffet and room service pizza on our first night were the only meals we enjoyed during our 6 day stay. We ate at Nori 3 times and it was mediocre. Restaurants were closed. Reservations canceled prior to trip. Options limited. You are in luck if you like fried food. Served cold though. Food truck pushes out cold food fast. We went home hungry. Housekeeping was very attentive and thorough. Very disappointing experience especially after we were excited to return after our visit for Christmas 2024.

Best Resort for Kids
Nanette Roduguez was great with my kids. My kids loved her and spent a lot of time at the kids area where she worked. She is an assest to the Hyatt resort as she treats the guests either respect and care.

Thais is such a great asset!
Had a great experience at the steakhouse with a large group and the service was impeccable. Thais was just a doll and gave us great information about the drinks and suggestions for what to try. She was so friendly and engaging! Thank you for taking such good care of us.!!!
