Fun for the whole family
Had a wonderful experience. Clean environment, wish they had more restaurants and excursions at site but its fun for families. Prime restaurant was amazing, ask for angelo hes by far the best server/host you will ever experience. Def recommend the banana bread pudding

Hernan was a fantastic and attentive server by the pool.
A relaxing resort that is very family friendly. We will be back on our next visit . Hernan was a great pool side server and very attentive.

pretty but disappointing
Resort was pretty, clean, staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the food at the restaurants was very disappointing. As well, the mini kitchen was completely devoid of and dishes, silverware, or glassware and it took mult phone calls to rectify that.

Overall Good to Average Stay
The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is a beautiful, relaxing resort with a great location and wonderful beaches, ideal for a laid-back luxury stay. However, onsite dining is limited, with extremely few vegetarian options—vegetarians should reconsider unless they’re comfortable relying on breakfast, pizza, and pasta. While restaurant service was very slow, the staff was consistently friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The resort is quite far from most attractions, making a rental car essential, and there are few on-site activities beyond lounging, so it’s not ideal if your main goal is exploring Puerto Rico. The villa was very clean, but the lack of any utensils in the kitchenette was a significant drawback. Overall, it’s a great choice for relaxation, but less so for food variety or sightseeing-focused trips.
