The service at Nori was great .Kmille was a bomb .thank you .Great service. Definetly comimg back the food was amazing an the martini cosmo from the martini bar was great, sushi was amazing.

We stayed here as a family for 4 nights. Overall the resort is comfortable with large pool areas and comfortable rooms. However, we experienced two major issues which really put a damper on our stay: *Hyatt Regency's inability to manage food allergies - My wife has a food allergy (gluten – celiac disease). We had multiple issues with the hotel on this. Certain menu items are marked as "gluten free" but there is a lot of confusion among the servers over what is allergy safe. During one meal, our server called the kitchen for us and said certain ingredients needed to be left out of a salad bowl item that we ordered, which was fine. However, the next time we ordered this same item from the hotel restaurant, the server marked it as a celiac allergy and upon delivery claimed all of the ingredients were allergy safe (including the ones the kitchen had previously said were not). We asked to speak to a manager about this who was unable to provide a clear answer on if the item was safe for my wife to eat, so she was forced to skip lunch that day as the hotel would not offer an acceptable solution. *Issues with housekeeping (they do not show up on some days) - one the days during our stay, we returned to our room at approximately 4pm local time and housekeeping had not serviced the room. I called the front desk, who transferred me to housekeeping, and when I asked for an ETA on when housekeeping will arrive the employee on the phone said she would contact our housekeeper and hung up. Housekeeping showed up approximately an hour later. However, the next day, my family was out all day and we returned to our room at approximately 7pm local time. Housekeeping had not serviced the room. I again called the front desk, was transferred to housekeeping, and the housekeeping employee told me that there would be no service and no supervisor was available to speak with me. I asked for a supervisor to call me, but no one ever did. Overall we had a nice trip to Puerto Rico, and especially enjoyed the close proximity to the rain forest. However, I would not return to this resort due mainly to the issues noted above.

Quite location away from noise. Very good break fast, golf club, easy access to coco beach. Friendly staff. Check in was slow otherwise everything was fine

I had an incredible experience thanks to the wonderful customer service provided by Nanette and Angel Cruz who were working at the pool area towel station. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. 10/10 for kindness and hospitality! Thank you both!
