Lovely resort in a lovely area of Puerto Rico!
This is a lovely resort! Close to El Yunque. lovely breakfast buffet and 3 beautiful pools and the customer service is extraordinary. Great views of the beach & mountains! One of our true highlights was making sushi with Chef, Ivan Martinez, with Krystal assisting. We learned so much and he was so interesting and we got to eat our creations! Very pleased with our experience!

Beautiful Puerto Rico!
I traveled to Puerto Rico, three times now and the first time at this property with my partner for my birthday celebration. I love food and good, clean food. The buffet options are excellent at this resort and loved they had non-pork options because I live a healthy life, but not just vegetables and fruits, also other types of healthy food. Thank you to Vanessa who make me a really beautiful and tasty omelet and very pleasant and accommodating to my diet. Also a shoikf out to Ericka and Krystal who have extended themselves in welcoming me and making sure I was happy with my food and professional at the same time. Also chef Juan, great cook and went out of his way for me in cooking the salmon. Pedro our waiter, also gave us great service! Thank you to all of them, we will return to this property for futures visits to Puerto Rico!

This is my first time at this property and it will not be my last. Reason being, the hospitality me and my travel partner has received. It’s down to the check in, friendly and profesional. I want to send a special thanks to Krystal, Ericka and Chef Pedro. They were especially attentive, professional and kind. They made us feel like we were better than at home. I would love to know that Hyatt management at this property would congratulate them and perhaps offer them an incentive. I realize is their job, but they extended themselves and given us a spectacular service. Thank you to all of them. I will be returning to this property for future travels to Puerto Rico.
