All in One Resort
Location, Atmosphere, Rooms, Spa and Restaurants were great!! The staff were extremely helpful. Excellent food and service at Nori. Karina did a great job dealing with the 6 of us at Water's Edge. The Spa was very relaxing. Nice massages!

Best trip ever!
We are here on our honeymoon and it has been so perfect! Such a great place to come on your honeymoon or any chill vacation! The food and service has been amazing. There are so many great food options. My favorite server was Kamille! She was the best ever! So nice and so fun to be around. Love it here!

We have loved being here on our honeymoon. We have experienced the Nori sushi and now teppanyaki! Kamille is OUTSTANDING!! She was our server both nights and made the experience extra special! We will be coming back in the near future!

Planning another trip to the Grand Hyatt Reserve, Puerto Rico for next year!!!
A fantastic resort in all respects! This was our second stay. We are already planning a 2027 visit. An absolutely beautiful property that features a large variety of restaurants, a golf course, multiple pools, and many more amenities. The lobby areas are expansive, open, and visually stunning, connecting the guests with the many restaurants on property. The lodging areas are restricted to two storied units spread out generously over beautifully landscaped grounds. All of which creates a very spacious and tranquil atmosphere. Staff operated, golf cart styled vehicle, are readily available to transport guests and luggage around the expansive property. Walking the landscaped pathways is also quite pleasurable. All Staff Department personnel were extremely cordial and professional. They collectively enhanced our stays. Keishlah (Housekeeping) did an impeccable job with our room on a daily basis. Anthony and Natalia at the Nori Restaurant (Asian Fusion) made several meals memorable with outstanding personal service. True professionals. This resort is a great fit for singles, couples, families, and has a huge capacity for business meetings and events. Do yourself a favor.... Plan a visit or event at the Hyatt Grand Reserve, Puerto Rico!

Fantastic stay in Puerto Rico!
Our stay at the Hyatt Grand Regency in Rio Grande was better than I could have ever expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants exceeded expectations. Pools were well cared for and exactly what I hoped for. Beach left a bit to be desired, but was adequate. It may have been the time of year. We will return again someday!
