Amazing experience, tremendous service, so beautiful and tons to do. Will be back! You have to visit Orlando at the lobby bar he will take care of you! Pools and beaches are amazing, choosing this place for our honeymoon was one of the best decisions we have made!

We were here to celebrate a big event and this property didn't disappoint! I admit, the reviews on the cleanliness of the hotel made me anxious but during our time there, our rooms were very clean and very well maintained. The property is also very well maintained throughout the day - staff are constantly checking and cleaning. There are, however, a bunch of ravens on the property so just a heads up if you're afraid of birds. The food is pretty good -- pricey but you're at a resort. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We did want to eat somewhere nice so booked a spot at the steakhouse. Service and the food was great but during our experience there, there was a family that had a screaming child -- which for the first couple minutes, fine, but this child went on for a WHILE but the worst part was neither the mom or dad did anything about it. In fact, the guy was filming his kid breaking down. We were disappointed that the staff at the restaurant didn't do much either and after dealing with said screaming on the top of his lungs child, we lost our appetite so decided to forego dessert. By the time we were leaving the entire restaurant was giving them side glares yet nothing was being done so we did talk to the manager who just apologized and offered us a slice of cake to go. Later on we did see the family out so we weren't sure what happened but literally you could hear the screaming child from the bar area. It was wild. The amenities hours are odd too. They had this Cafe we really wanted to try out but they were never open. The front desk said they'd be open one day but then they weren't. On Google they said they were open xyz days as did their website but you'd go and they were closed. Same with the spa - their hours of operation were not consistent so I'd just triple check before you go. Otherwise, staff was phenomenal. Super professional and kind, very understanding. They have golf carts on the property and they'll drop you off wherever you need to go. The tennis courts were very nice too and they have equipment you can rent by the front. The gym was small but suits your fitness needs. The one tip on location is that this property is tucked away and further out from San Juan. Its great in terms of being more remote (and it's off a beaaautiful golf course) but harder if you want to explore the city. We had no trouble grabbing Ubers out but they take a bit longer and we did have trouble once coming back to the hotel because Ubers weren't going in the hotel direction after a certain point at night. Beaches are clean and the pools are great!!

Orlando at the lobby bar has taken care of us like we were his family. Having a blast at the resort. We have loved the resort and the service. I have to write 200 characters to write this review which seems silly but I am just trying to leave Orlando a nice review because he is the real deal

Orlando was friendly and kind and could make any drink that we asked for. He treated us like family; his hospitality was unmatched. He was awesome! 🤩 Thank you, Orlando for being so great! ____________________________________________

Room was just as advertised. Only had one meal on property which was good but wanted to sample local cuisine. Pool and beach were great. Overall very relaxing vacation for my wife and I.
